Dancing With Sakura

Author's Note: Hey readers, this is a late story from me in the TTWF event. I was busy getting Solomon's UR plus card. This story is like a continuation of his devilgram story "Dancing With The Petals". I hope you enjoy it!

After showing you the cherry blossom tree that he planted with magic, Solomon was ecstatic to dance with you. The person who added colors to his mundane life, the person who truly loves inside and out. Sealing your love with a passionate kiss under the tree, he asked a question that made your heart flutter.

"Want to hold hands while walking to the event hall, MC?" He asked while reaching out for your hand. "Of course, I trust you'll protect and be there for me." You smiled. While walking, you two had a little conversation breaking the awkward silence that circles you both. "I never knew this charming sorcerer with me is a great dancer." Solomon compliments you with a smile.

You blushed by hearing those words, your face turns red like a tomato, and turned away, avoiding his glance. Solomon always has a great opportunity to tease you. He comes closer to your left ear without letting go of your hand. "You seem more flustered than usual. Do you want another kiss from me, don't you?" He smirked. You turned your head and faced him, still enduring the fact that he said was true.

"Oh, come on! Y- You still... want more?" You stuttered. He just laughed at you and you're just baffled at how this man can make your heart race so fast. When you two arrived at the event hall, everyone was already changed into their white suits. Barbatos and Asmodeus were the ones who greeted you both when just arrived. "Good Evening Solomon and MC, your suits and dance outfits are already in the backroom, please change immediately as soon as you entered. Your dance is the first intermission number that will be expected." Barbatos informed as he bowed his head a little.

"Good Evening to you both, and thank you Barbatos! We'll be doing our best!" You replied with glee. Asmodeus seeing you and Solomon already knows unlike his brothers what's going on between you two. "I'll be expecting a great performance from you both. I know you put effort into all of that, so do your best!" Asmodeus cheered as he is excited to see your performance. "Thank you for your support, we are going to the backroom. I'm nervous and excited at the same time." Solomon chuckled. You two were walking all this time without realizing you guys didn't break your holding hands' session because you both gripped tighter as each of you won't want to let go.

When Solomon opened the door, he let go of your hand because you two are going to change. "MC, you'll change your clothes in the bathroom." He suggested. "Don't hesitate to call me if you need me, okay?" He continued. You simply nodded and obliged what he said to you as you took your dance outfit and go to the bathroom to change, while Solomon changes on the sofa near him. After you two were done changing, Solomon approached you as you were fixing your hair, he zipped the zipper on the back of your outfit. "Your zipper was opened," Solomon muttered as he put his hand on your shoulder. You reached and hold his hand that was on your shoulder and faced him. "Thank you." You smiled and saw the love in his eyes for you, the view that you can't take your eyes off.

Solomon helped you style your hair without magic this time, he thought of an impression of you thinking that he relied on magic too much which you don't have, or any ill-mannered thoughts of him. "Our performance will start in five minutes, don't be afraid to change the footsteps when you forgot them. Just be yourself and have fun." Solomon comforted you as he put the ring he made on your finger. When it's time to perform, Lord Diavolo addresses you both as Devildom's exchange students with a proud tone of his voice, like everyone else he wishes you will do your best. Everyone is now focused on two powerful human sorcerers on stage.

As soon as the music started playing, you both were dancing to its rhythm. You were both nervous, but it didn't hinder the efforts, passion, and love that you have for each other. People around you see two humans dancing gracefully, but you and Solomon have a different view. A view that couldn't replace anything, the sync footsteps following either the cantabile of the instrumental music or the heartbeats of nervousness and excitement and the symphonic segment of your hands in every touch. Everything was perfect as you rehearsed.

Solomon thought of something, a little stunt, but he hesitated because he didn't tell you and don't want to lose the trust you have for him. "I've thought of something, but I'm scared to tell you because it wasn't part of the plan." Solomon sighed as he was dancing. "Then let's do it! People expected a talent just like our magic, Solomon, I trust you!" You replied with faith in your eyes. Solomon was surprised but nodded with a smile. He carried you in his arms, and did a little twirl as he got close to your ear he whispered these words. "Don't worry, I'll catch you no matter what, my love."

Solomon hoists you high up in the air, but not too far from his reach. You were scared but not showing it to the audience, as time did slow down, you did a little ballet twirl in mid-air. The audience gasped in awe as they didn't see anything before. Then as gravity was pull you down, Solomon catches you in his arms as he promised with magic for your safety. You both were catching your breath, your hearts were pulsating and without hesitation, you two kissed while you were in Solomon's arms. When the two of you were done, he let you down slowly as you get back on your feet, hold your hands together bowed, and face the audience, smiling at them.

The audience witnessed this as they clap and did a standing ovation, whistles, and cheers radiating the hall. The demon brothers opened their jaws out of shock except for Asmodeus who was cheering to both of you and even waving his sparklers. "YES! they finally did it!" He jumped up and down out of happiness even in his heels. Simeon covered Luke's eyes during the kiss, but he couldn't hide his smile and the joy for his human friends. "They finally showed their relationship to the three worlds." He chuckled. "Hey, what happened after Solomon caught MC??" Luke asked.

"Solomon, I still hate you, but you better make them happy!" Thirteen shouted. Raphael and Mephistopheles also clap and cheered on as well as Diavolo and Barbatos. After the performance, you two didn't change to your formal wear yet because you both were tired from all the dancing. You guys were sitting on the sofa holding hands again and making a little conversation.

"Thank you for trusting me back there, if I don't have any chance to catch you. I'll use my spells to save you, losing you is my greatest fear. I was even surprised by your response, you little daredevil." Solomon teased.

"Well, there are also sides I want to show you as you showed me yours. Solomon, thank you. Not just being a great boyfriend but also being a good person. I wouldn't replace you for anything in the three realms. I love you. " You muttered as you hugged me and buried your face in his chest. "Yeah, me too MC. I love you too." Solomon replied as he hugs you back and his other hand gently strokes your hair.

Author's Note: Why is it titled "Dancing With Sakura"? Because it's not the reason that the MC is named Sakura, but the meaning behind it is that Solomon is dancing with you, and the cherished cherry blossom is his eyes. I used a gender-neutral MC, by the way. Thank you so much for reading!

To anyone who can remember me, I am formerly known as CatanAndSolomon'sCat on Tiktok. Sadly, I got banned, and I don't know why. With the help of my friend, they agreed to help me out somehow.
