TELL THE WORLD WE'RE COMING HOME

"Can you believe we made it?" Lewis Leclerc was enthused as he scanned his pass and entered the F1 Paddock for the first time as an official Ferrari driver. "We actually did it, you, Violet and me,"

Lewis felt a firm hand on his shoulder, "Yeah, cause the million seat fittings, interviews and media commitments didn't give it away," Senna Hamilton smirked as he shook Lewis's shoulders vigorously. "Violet was always gonna make it; that girl is crazy good!" The British driver chuckled.

This season was going to be exciting. There was a buzz around the paddock that had not been felt for many years. Nobody could quite believe the news announced over the winter break, but as the cameras caught a glimpse of the F1 Legend's offspring, it finally began to sink in.

"Talking of Verstappen," Lewis chuckled, raising a brow.

From across the way, a petite, dark-haired girl came bounding towards Lewis and Senna. She was dressed in an English Racing Green fire-retardant suit tied around her tiny waist, revealing a white sponsor-laden long-sleeved shirt.

"Miss Violet," Senna smiled, embracing the girl who jumped happily into his arms. Violet's green eyes were hard to miss as she kissed the forehead of the darker of the two lads. "SENNA!" Violet Verstappen exclaimed.

There had always been a tenderness between the Hamilton and Verstappen offspring. Their parents reckoned it was because she was her mother's daughter, and even if Scarlet wouldn't admit it, she had always had a crush on Lewis Hamilton. Clearly, her daughter had a similar taste.

Lewis cleared his throat, interrupting the moment between his two close childhood friends as he could see the cameras panning towards them.

"Don't worry, I didn't forget you," Violet smirked and hugged the Leclerc boy. "Where's Milo?" She winked.

Violet knew it would wind Lewis up to ask about Milo. The twins had always been close, but since Milo's football career took off, his parents' attention followed. It wasn't the older twins' fault that he was an incredible striker and, at eighteen, had made the Senior England team.

When Milo and Lewis turned eleven, their parents, Charles and Presley, could see that their twins were on different life paths. Unlike Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen, Charles had hoped that at least one of his children would follow him into F1, but his money had always been on Milo.

Milo was the one who, from a young age, had shown an incredible aptitude for anything competitive. Whether it was racing, baseball or football, Milo wanted to win. On the other hand, whilst competitive, Lewis was happy to be involved. He was always dancing along the road with his head in the clouds.

"Mum made him come to the race, so I'm sure you'll run into him," Lewis sighed. "Jules and Benji are here too,"

Honestly, Lewis would rather Milo had just stayed in England. Still, as he was recovering from a twisted ankle attained in Arsenal's last-minute win over firm rivals Tottenham, he would be dialled into his radio all weekend. Great.

Senna rolled his eyes. It was days like this that he was happy to be an only child. Sure, he might have liked a younger brother or sister to play with, but he also spent every weekend hanging out with his dad, who was arguably better. Senna didn't know other children who could say they got their skydiving license before their super license.

Plus, he didn't have to share any of his parent's attention.

"Is Henry coming too? Senna asked as the trio walked towards the garages.
