( Y/N )'s POV

Sitting amongst these flowers brought me peace. The vibrant colours mixing together with great success, running the green soft blades of grass through my fingers with ease, the distant playful cheers of children setting an enjoyable mood.
' If only it could be like this forever '
I thought, knowing it won't be long before I must get up to do my chores.
" (Y/N) dear, come in for lunch " - I'd hear my mother hum towards my direction, a comforting warm tone to her voice.
I stand, skipping carefully through this delicate field of flowers towards my small simple, yet memorable home. While on my journey to the house, my gaze wonders towards the clouds amongst the vast horizon, that being the sky.
Upon reaching the small steps I enter home, the delightful scent of freshly baked bread luring me closer, along that of a finely made soup. Without a second thought I placed myself on a stool while striking up a conversation with my sister.
" Hey Liz! Wachu been up tooo-? "
My sisters face brightened, looking up to me.
"Nothing much really, hey want to make a den in my room tonight?"
Elizabeth responded, excitement clearly present in her voice.
"Hey you two, don't be making a mess like last time okay?"
Mom spoke, not taking her eyes of the wooden counter as she finished preparing lunch.
"Yeah yeah"
Both me and Liz said, but both eyeing each other in a way that yelled otherwise.

One moment later.

" Over there! "
I said, giggling uncontrollably as I send my sister to look for the ball behind a tree, which I know very well it is not.
"It's not there?!"
She'd yell back, a look of both confusion and frustration on her face.
"Maybe that's because it's.."
I'd quickly show her the small red ball.
"Right here!"
I burst out with laughter but quickly stopped as I see Liz changing full speed towards me causing me to playfully scream and begin bolting away, the red ball clutched in my right hand.
"Get back here (Y/N)!"
She screamed challengingly towards me as I quickly turn corner. Much to my luck I charged right into the back of some random stranger who was part of a crowd.
"Hey watch it!"
The man spoke, a hostile look on his face which didn't remain long before he turned around to continue watch whatever was going on.
"Sorry.."
I mumbled sarcastically, completely forgetting about the charging bull of a sister behind my who toppled onto me.
"Got you!"
She spoke Victoriously, throwing her arms in the air as a winning gesture.
"Now gimmie"
"Fiiiinnee.."
I reach down to get the ball. But wait. That's an apple!
"Uhhh- I might have lost it..?"
"Seriously?!"
She frowned and got up, but laughed it off and turned her attention to the crowd. Unfortunately we both couldn't see over it so we pushed our way through to see what was going on.
