Dragon riders

Y/N woke up, may or not may because of D/N. Her beautiful D/S was kind of hungry and wanted to fish with her best friend. The daughter of Viggo, got dressed (you wear whatever you think looks good) in your f/c. The sun was rising already, so Y/n and D/n had to fish quickly. They fished some fish and D/n ate them all, Y/N will eat with her father and uncle so she didn't eat anything yet. After D/n's breakfast, the two best friends made their way to Viggos tent. Y/n gave D/n a sign to hide (or cloak herself if your dragon is a changewing), the smallest and youngest Grimborn sneaked into her fathers tent, the chief of hunters mustve fallen asleep while planning on some attacks, due to Viggo sleeping on his desk. His daughter giggled at the sight, slowly she approached the sleeping viking, suddenly, the youngest Grimborn tackled her father. Both of them landed on the ground, Viggo woke up, shocked and his side hurts slightly, he groans "Ugh... Y/N!" he was pretty angry getting woken up like this, his daughter got up, filled with guilt, she apologized "Sorry Papa... I didn't expected to throw you on the ground. I only planned to tackle you like when i was little..". Viggo sighed and gave his daughter a soft smile "But you are not 8 anymore, you are 13, soon 14. But its ok my dear." the still tired chief petted Y/Ns head. As they stood up, Y/N asked her father "Papa?" "Yes my dear?" her father brushed off the dirt from his clothes "Can I come with you on the mission?". Viggo looked at his daughter, hand on her shoulder, he shook his head "No my dear. It's to dangerous to come. You are only 13 years old" "Please! You and uncle will be there! And i have D/n! It will be a good experience for me!" "No. It is to dangerous and im not risking you getting hurt!" "BUT I WANT TO COME WITH YOU!" Y/n raised her voice, quickly she covered her mouth, her father looked at her, angry, not like before, now its more like he actually is really angry "What did i tell you about raising your voice at me?" Y/n immediately apologized "Im so sorry Papa! Im really am sorry! I just want to come with you and uncle! Im a hunter too!". Y/n looked away, expecting her father to be more angry, even if he often quickly calms down as soon as she apologizes when she did something he forbid her, like always he calmed down "Y/n. I don't want you to get hurt. Besides, we wont be gone for to long." "Fine..." Y/n finally gave up, Viggo hugged his daughter thightly "Now come on. Lets eat some breakfast, want to wake up your uncle?" "Mhm!". Y/n loved to wake up her uncle, his reactions are always so funny! So the 13 year old ran to her uncles tent, the first thing she did? Getting close to his ear and wispered "Ryker~" in a very unsettling and scary voice, Ryker sat up quickly breathing heavily for a few seconds, he is scared of ghosts, something only Y/n and Viggo known. The oldest Grimborn growled and stared at his giggling niece "Seriously?!" "Sorry uncle! But you needed to wake up!" "I AM awake." "Now" "Yeah yeah". Both Grimborns went to Viggos tent, Y/n was very proud of herself, Ryker seemed annoyed "Morning brother.." "Morning" Viggo answered with a grin "Now lets eat.". Viggo left the tent for a few minutes before returning with three plates with fish on it. They sat together down by the table and began to eat "Uncle Ryker?" "Yes?" "Can i come with you?" Y/n now asked her uncle knowing her father didn't agree, maybe Ryker could change her fathers mind "No. You too young." "Awe not you too!". Ryker raised a brow "Papa already said no.." "Then why did you ask?" "I hoped you couldve change his mind.". Viggo smirked "Even if he agreed to take you with, i would never say yes. To dangerous my dear". Y/n mumbled to herself, sad.

It was the time for Viggo and Heather to leave, ofc the other ships will follow them without Heather knowing. Y/n hugged her father "Please be careful Papa!" "Of course my dear". Viggo gave his daughter a kiss on the forehead before entering his ship, Heather already waiting. As they sailed away, Y/n waved after them, until the ship was getting further away. The other ships took off, Y/n said goodby to her uncle"Bye uncle! Be safe" "You too you trouble maker" he chuckled before sailing off.

The young Grimborn looked after them until a hunter called 'Lurus' (idk if that name has a meaning, just came up with it lol) came up to her, he was her babysitter, the only hunter capable of, to take care of Y/N without having troubles with her energetic and adventurous character.

Lurus smiled at the young hunter "Lets go and play something" "How about hide and seek?" "Sure!" "You count!" "Alright". Lurus closed his eyes and started counting, Y/n took this chance, Y/n gave D/n a sign to come, she quickly mounted her friend and flew after the ships. "28.. 29.. 30! Here i come!" Lurus started to search for Y/n. Due to almost no hunters being near, no one saw the young Grimborn flying away.

Y/n quickly catched up to the ships but kept her distance. She watched from the distance. Then she saw how Heather was shot down. The traitor fell into the trap the hunters had set. The youngest Grimborn flew closer and D/N dug her claws into the ship her father was supposed be, watching everything. The traitor, her dragon and the Flightmare got captured. There were more dragon riders, one of them was on a Night Fury, YN gasped as she stared at the night fury "I-I thought those are extincted!" she wispered-yelled, DN nodded in agreement. The youngest Grimborn wittnessed everything that had happened. The riders retreated. They didn't stand a chance against so many hunters. YN and DN, dove into the water and flew up after the ships were gone. YN petted DNs neck/head "Fly up into the clouds. We have to be faster than Papa", her dragon nodded and flew up into the clouds and flew as fast as possible. Luckily for then they arrived sooner than Viggo and Ryker. The Hunter that was playing hide and seek with the youngest Grimborn, still searched for her, now worried. Fearing something could have happened. YN hid herself in a bush, near the Hunter. Without him expecting, YN jumped out "BOO!" "ahh!" YN laughed "Got you!" "Oh don't scare me like that YN! I thought you got hurt!" "Sorry!". The ships came back now too.
