Every day Rosie Snail would get up early and head to the park.
But snails are very slow, so by the time Rosie reached the park all her friends had gone home, so she turned around and headed home very sad.
One day she saw Thomas Toad and told him all about her problem, he had an idea.
He got everyone to looking for a lollipop stick, some string and four buttons then tied the buttons to the lollypop stick and left it outside Rosies house.
The next day Rosie got up and went to her door, she was very surprised to see what was there. She climbed on board and pushed, the wheels moved then they rolled and off she went to the park.
When she got there all her friends were waiting for her and Rosie was able to play with them all day.
Rosie was so happy and never missed anything again
