Location: Science Blooms Museum, Osaka

"And here you are. Your points remaining on your account is 1000," the science staff at the Nature Blooms exhibit said, handing Aanon a paper bag.

"Thank you!" Aanon (Izumi Ayano) said, taking a pair of earrings she got for trading knowledge points at the science museum with their Knowledge Exchange Program. It is an educational concept where guests can bring in their science projects, unique specimens from nature or rare items such as fossils to trade in exchange for knowledge points that could be used to purchase unique and/or very rare things from the exhibit, like Aanon's mandarin earrings.

The earrings were very unique. They are sliced out pieces of real Japanese mandarins that went through a process of plastination - a scientific preservation technique that removes fluid and is replaced by formaldehyde and certain liquified plastics that keeps the specimen from decaying.

"I can't believe you traded in your high school project to get these earrings," Kojirin (Karin Kojima) said with a chuckle.

"It's from a few years ago anyways. Plus I got a high mark on it," Aanon shot back with confidence.

"So where to now?" Kojirin asked.

"There's a live science demonstration starting soon at the Korkoro Stage," Mikanyan (Mikana Yamamoto) announced, checking the schedule on her phone. "Wanna go?"

 "Wanna go?"
