Mari. A girl with her whole life sat out for her. She grew up with a villain as a father and watched him get taken away to a secure facility due to his powerful quirk. Soon enough she manifested her quirk too and It was quite similar to your fathers...

NAME: Mari HEIGHT: 5'2 QUIRK: Mutation HERO NAME: Mutant Mari a girl born with a shapeshifting type quirk called, Mutation. With this quirk she can either turn into any living creature or, a hybrid type creature which is a mixture human and Transforming into and animal can cause those animalistic instincts to arise- in shorter terms, it'll cause her to go all kill kill. (But this really just depends on the animal. Let's say she's a lion, A predatorial animal, she will naturally be much more violent. While in the case of maybe a mouse, and more prey type animal, she will be more shy and closed in. So this is why she holds of on going fully animal. She can also turn Into any human but she needs to have had some form of their DNA in her system at one point.(Like how Deku ate All Mights hair, or how Toga has to have drunk said persons blood.) She was enrolled into UA after escaping the League Villains and being on the run being some what a Vigilante but still has her own priorities in mind. Watch as she tries to overcome her haunting past and slowly become a better person. A true hero.
Ok well there she is! I don't update super consistently because of school but I'll try my best~ Suggestion are accepted as well. (Also should I draw more pics of my oc with like different fits and stuff?)
