TRAGEDY IN OUR EYES|Dylan
i. the gods in heavens above us rumble with laughter. laugh because hector destroyed Achilles and Patroclus—and we too; the two broken boys who dared to love like gods...would be faced with the hector of our own.
ii. you seek for a sense of self-worth, i seek a sense of belonging, you're looking for a sense of peace, i'm looking for a sense of harmony. unfortunately, we cannot give each other the desires we longed for. because we are filled with flagitious hatred that blooms dark flower in our atria, chocking what's left inside of us.
iii. we grin and we lie through the shimmer that resides within our eyes. we kiss away the pain just to tear us apart all over again. i wish we didn't but we do. i wish we could kiss and we could mean it but we don't and we never will. we are disasters and disasters don't fall in love.
AN APOLOGY TO MY BLAZING LEMONADE
iv. forgive me, for i cannot give you joy, my cruel heart is hating on all those happy heathen things.
v. pardon me, for i cannot give you sweet life, my own has been accursed with abhorrence and atrociousness, all seeking to bring me to my doom.
vi. reason with my sorrow, for i know that i have forsaken you, i hurt you like the virulent beast that i was carved to be.
vii. forgive me, for i have sinned against you, against the little love your heart held dear for me, it is illogical to understand my sundered love, and to this i apologize.
