Thank you TheCommonCold for this recommendation!!!
I felt my fist collide with his skin and then heard his body hit the ground. I wish I could have seen him. I have been blind since I was born but I imagined how his twisted face looked as he fell into the concrete. People always wonder how I fight with my eyes covered and those who do know that I am blind have wondered how I am able to beat people in fights when I can't see them. It's because I have extremely heightened senses. It took me a while to figure out what was happening but after that I knew I had to help people and not just sit around while others were suffering.
A little while after taking care of that guy in the alleyway. I kept my suit on and decided to go patrolling around the small town I was currently visiting. It was a town called Evermore. Apparently a couple of weeks ago a bunch of people were being killed by some creature. I found it suspicious because the creature sounded like no animal I have ever heard of, so I decided to check the different crime scenes.
I entered the second crime scene and heard a clank. I quickly ran towards the alleyway. I jumped and fell down what felt like a couple stories. I sensed someone on the ground and ran over. I felt their shoulder and it had a patch on it. The patch seemed to spell out the name of the local school.
A few minutes later
I arrived at the school. I could hear many footsteps all around the school even though it was close to midnight. I was supporting the person by their shoulders. I was pretty sure she was a girl. I looked around and heard someone shouting.
"Enid! Enid!"
I followed the voice until I found a girl looking around what sounded like a forest. I guessed she was looking for the girl and might be her friend.
"Hey, is this who you are looking for?" I shouted. I didn't realize till afterwards that it sounded kinda stupid and suspicious.
"What did you do with Enid?" I heard a girl speak in front of me in a serious tone.
"I found her in an alleyway. She passed out." The girl came up and took her. I stared at her for a few seconds.
"You may leave now." She said,
"Wait!" I shouted, "Could I meet up with you sometime to see how she's doing."
"Maybe." She replied as I heard her walk away.
