I keep falling in this..

Darkness..

And no one can light it up....

The dim rays of light peeked through the curtains exposing the small pecks of dust floating around the room as the boy pondered if he should go downstairs or not.

Considering the commotion heard down there he figured a lot of people came to visit, for whatever reason that was.

Though, he soon figured who the guest were when he heard a loud laugh, one that was so recognisable he could know who it was from a mile away.

Guess everyone decided to meet up again...

Sighing, he decided to finally leave his room. Laying around doing nothing wasn't his style anyway.

With each step his bare feet touched the staircase causing a creaky sound as he did so.

Just one last step and he would officially be downstairs, "woof!"

A small and oddly quiet bark ringed in his ears causing dismay to the fox as he let out a small "ow"

Realizing the commotion heard before was now gone he stood still, was it really happening again?

His breath quickened as the sound of his heart beat ringed in his ears loudly, a churning feeling in the pit of his stomach that worsened with every passing second.

"Calm down..and think tighnari" he whispered to himself as he took slow and deep breaths to slow his racing heart beat.

Flashing through the memory of what happened last night he took notice of the tiny details that may have entailed that he was 'dreaming' and realized none of it was happening in his current situation.

"right, so they must've heard me coming down and decided to prank me" he chuckled at the thought.

"Dammit! Never mind, he knows!!..." itto groaned coming outside of a small cabinet he somehow managed to fit in as everyone else groaned and came out of their hiding spots as well

Some were hiding in odd space like in the sink or under the chair.

Most were his everyday people, expect a few who he hasn't seen in a while.

He approaches the two blondes with a Green head squashed in the middle as a smile was creeping onto his face, "albedo! Long time no see man."

His blue eyes searched for the reason of his called name before he soon saw the not so tall Fox approach him, who he embraced when close enough.

"yes, it's been a while hasn't it? I'm surprised to see you here"

"Really? Thought you would've expected me since it is my house."

"Oh right, for a moment I thought it was y/ns since she was the who wanted us here!" the blonde tried his best to sound enthusiastic while he gestured him and the rest but it still came out slightly monotone-ish.

"No worries, hows it been kaveh? University treating you good?" Tighnari asked trying his best to catch up with anything that may have happened in their nonexistent lives.

"Good??? I have to be working my ass off day and night either at work or school!! The work isn't even work it's just labor! Not only that but this dickhead beside me doesn't know shit about hygiene or how to properly place things!!"

Kavehs outburst was endless as he insulted his poor roommate and his school over and over again while somehow managing to fill in some "drama"

The poor guy tried speaking up for himself once but was immediately shut off when kaveh talked over him to which he scoffed at before going back to his book.

The fox sighed while pinching his nose immediately regretting his choice of asking kaveh anything.

At least it was a way to easily past time.
