Sacrificial Bride [Dreamnoblade]

I struggle to free myself as I'm brought up to a podium that has a large pit in the middle. With only a ceremonial robe on. I'm thrown into it. It's about 7 feet so I manage to land safely but as if fate would have it charcoal gets placed around and on top of me. I can see my parents smiling at me from beside the priest and the people throwing coal. I knew they never loved me Which was why scar's painted my body from merciless and untruthful beatings. Now I was going to be finally out of their hair because I'm now going to be a sacrifice for a so claimed blood god because some of our crops died and the death toll for our village this year was over 20. I never believed in this blood god which is why when I asked about the blood god being real and to see proof they contacted my parents and now I'm here I'm about to die not even in my thirties. The preacher says some prayer and begins to throw some oil on me. After a while I realize what's in the preacher's other hand, a match that was lit and was being thrown into the pit I was in. I try to scoop some of the coal that wasn't already hot or on fire and move them away from the burning ones before another match was thrown in followed by another until the fire spread quickly and my feet started to get burned. With tear's in my eyes a look at my parents and beg for help. The preacher throws some stuff into the fire which was getting bigger with each of my screams of pain. I fall on whatever's left of my knees as I wallow in pain. The preacher throws some potion into the fire and makes it turn blue. This was it I was going to die in such a painful manner. I was going to throw the rest of my body into the fire before I noticed a shadow getting bigger until I see my parents burning as well. A smile creeps up my face when I see this knowing they got what they deserve. I slowly close my eyes as the rest of my body gets consumed by the fire. Until i jerk myself up to find myself in a large room on a bed that was decorated with lovely furniture and rich decorations.
