*In the dining room*

That concluded my thoughts, Angie was the doll I found in the hall. I got so startled that I froze in place. Making no sound or movement the doll started screeching....

AB: "Hello, I asked you a question....ANSWER!"

"EEP!"

She jumped off as I just sat there....

AB: "ARE YOU GONNA ANSWER?"

LD: "Angie, stop yelling or I'm going to throw you at the wall!"

AB: "TRY AND STOP ME! HAHA!"

Angie and the lady were getting into an argument as I covered my ears. The girls joined in a second later cause Angie said something but I wasn't paying any attention and Donna just stood.

I wanted to cry and scream and run....but I couldn't move....WHY?!

*Start of flashback, this part involves verbal/physical abuse, so skip if you are sensitive about this. You've been warned.*

?: "YOU FUCKING MONSTER! WHY THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT?!"

"I-I didn't mean t-to, please it was an accident."

"BULLSHIT! TELL THE TRUTH YOU BRAT!"

I got scared and held my ears and shut my eyes tight....

"LOOK AT ME WHEN I TALK TO YOU! AND DON'T START CRYING!"

He grabbed my face hard and when I whimpered in pain he slapped me across the face surly leaving a mark. He then pulled my hair and dragged me and when I tried pulling away he grabbed tighter....

"STOP MOVING!"

He pushed me into the cupboard which had no light and locked it....

"NO,LET ME OUT, PLEASE, I'LL BE GOOD, PLEASE!"

*End of flashback*

BCD: "LUPE!"

"AHH! PLEASE, I'M SORRY!"

I looked at the girls who had confused and concerned looks and behind them was Lady Dimitrescu and the Benivientos having the same look. I felt that my face was wet, I didn't know I was crying....

BD: "Lupe, what's wrong?"

"I-I...."

I couldn't get any words out as I felt a lump in my throat trying not to cry....

CD: "We're right here, dragă....we're here."

She pulled me out of chair and into a tight hug, later joined by Bela and Daniela. They were making this so much harder as tears were threatening to come out....

DD: "Don't hold in the tears, let it out, you're safe."

With that being said I started to bawl, Cassandra then took me to the lounge followed by the other two. We all sat on the carpet as I sobbed hard, something I haven't done a long time.

After what felt like hours I finally stopped but I was really drowsy....

BD: "Get some rest, dragă."

"But...."

DD: "No buts, get some sleep. We'll be right here."

They all gave me a kiss on the head. I laid down in Cassandra's lap because she was the closest, and in no time, I was in dream land....

(Bela pov)

Not too long after Lupe went to sleep, mother and Aunt Donna came into the room.

LD: "How is she?"

"Asleep which is good but she cried so much."

AB: "What was that back there?"

DB: "Angie!"

AB: "What? Aren't we all wondering?"

CD: "We don't know, she couldn't speak because of how much she cried she could barely even get a word out."

DD: "It was like when she had her nightmare."

LD: "Nightmare?"

"About a year ago she was having a nightmare where she was crying and flinging around and even screaming. When she had woken up she looked terrified, like something was going to attack at any moment. She never said what it was but it wasn't like this."

CD: "And this time it wasn't a dream, she was fully awake."

DD: "Maybe a flashback that got triggered?"

"But of what?"

No one knew till Dani spoke....

DD: "Her old family...."

Everyone but Daniela: "What?"

DD: "Her 'family' she left when she was five. REmember she was abused?"

"You're right, her flashback could've been when she was living with them."

LD: "One, what could've triggered it? Two, what about her being abused?!"

"Her 'family' before the lycans abused her till she ran away at five where the lycans took her in as one of their own."

DB: "That's horrible, doing that to a child."

LD: "They'll feel the claws once they are found."

CD: "Don't mother, believe us she said no."

LD: "Why?"

"Cause as much as she would want that she could never kill as revenge and it wouldn't help with the damage that's already been done."

LD: "I understand so I'll respect her wishes."

DD: "It still doesn't explain how it was triggered though."

"We won't know until she tells us."

I looked down at her and petted her head. I could tell she was happy and better because of her cute tail.

AB: "Let's wake her up and find out."

DB: "No,Angie, she needs rest after what just happened."

AB: "Ok."
