📍University Of Technology,
College of Business and Management Faculty.

My vision gets blurry as I stand amongst my colleagues.

A me can bawl- nossah!

As I stood in my oversized tunic, also known as a graduation gown, I couldn't help but feel a mix of pride and nerves wash over me.

This beautiful silk gown, adorned in UTECH's elegant blue and gold, hugged my curvaceous body in a way that made me appreciate my journey.

Earning my bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing has been a testament to my tireless work and dedication, and it felt rewarding to finally wear this gown.

-Merciful Fada....

"And now,—for the moment many of you have been eagerly waiting for, please join me in giving a warm and enthusiastic welcome to the valedictorian of twenty twenty-one."

"Put your hands together for the one and only Ta'jhada Walker."

The guest speaker's voice filled the room, summoning me to the center of the auditorium.

With each step toward the stage, I reflected on the late nights spent studying and the determination that brought me to this moment.

What a might God me serve essi.

It was a bittersweet feeling, knowing that I was closing one chapter while opening another.

The room erupted in cheers and applause, making my cheeks warm.

Sparks eno....

All of my relentless hard work had paid off, and it was an incredible feeling.

I glanced around the auditorium, in search of my family.

Spotting my little brother, my mother and my uncle in the crowd had me fighting back tears, thankful for their love and belief in me.

"Thank you"- I mouth, earning an air kiss from my mother and smile from my brother and uncle.

Their unwavering support and belief in me had brought me to this very moment, and I was overwhelmed with gratitude.

The thunderous applause from my classmates and schoolmates filled me with awe.
