i sat on the couch with a cup of tea talking with Elena she was here in Milaan and we decided to meet up because we didnt saw each other for a while

she is still with estaban and madly in love she joins sometimes estaban with the race weekends and they just got engaged and I was super happy for them

"how are you and pierre now?" she asked me

"i dont know things are still the same like always" I say "and every time if I want to give him a change again and try to work things out I see again an article and than my mind switches again to the 'the boys are out priority'" I added

"That sucks" she says

"Yea but I miss the old times sometimes and I don't know why but now more than normal"

"I get it Jen you miss him" she said and I look at her

"Yea deep inside I wil always miss him and the old times and deep inside I still love him so much that it hurts sometime " I say and she gave me a weak smile

"Hey Pierre what's up?" I say when I picked up the phone

"Hey did you got the message from my parents? About family day?" He asked

"Yes why?" I asked

"That weekend is the Monza Grand Prix and I thought it would be fun for the boys to come because they never been to a Grand Prix and they would love it for sure" he said

"Pierre I though we wanted to get them out of the media for long enough I don't think it's a good idea. How much I know they love it and how much you love to see the kids with you on track I don't know Pierre" I say

"I know Jenna but- Lando and Lena are also bringing Bryan and Amy they would love to see you Antoine and Liam" pierre said

Antoine and Liam met the kids from Lando and Lena and they are all good friends Bryan is the same age as our boys and Amy is a few years younger they are all very close because they grew soort of up together

"Sometimes I hate you" I say and I could feel pierre smiling through the phone "but Mia is coming with us" I added

"Of course Jenna and my parents are also coming" he said

"Oke" I said

"See you in a few weeks Jenna and say to the boys I miss them"

"I'll do and they miss you too" I said and we said bye to each other and I hang up the phone and I sigh and I run my hand through my hair

*a few weeks later*

"Dad" Liam and Antoine said at the same time and they run up to their dad and hugged him and I smiled

"Hey" he said and he gave me a hug

"Hey" I almost whispered

Pierre already told the guys that they would go to the Monza Grand Prix to see their dad race and they are both super excited
I only saw them a few times this exited and I laughed at their reaction I love my kids

Tomorrow was a day with the family so Pierre's family and mine we do once a year that we meet up with everyone and it's always much fun and I'm always happy to see everyone together family is one of the most important thing in my life
