*5 years later*

Antoine and Liam just turned 5 years old and the time goes fast really now I understand when my parents said 'you grow up so fast' because now I see it with my own children

Me and Pierre.. we have our ups and downs but it went through the years from rumor to rumor with all the clubbing and stuff and other girls
We're co parenting but we still live in the same house and we bought 3 years ago an bigger house so we all have our space

I missed the old times with Pierre sometimes just our late night movie nights or having fun with each other and not arguing almost all the time about stupid stuff
If Pierre came apologizing for those articles or rumors from the gossippages was it always 'I was drunk I wasn't thinking and I didn't know what I was doing' excuse

Pierre won already 2 world titles with alpine
where he still drives for and for Antoine and Liam he is there hero and they also just started karting with the help from their dad

I just did my thing I picked up snowboarding a few weeks ago wel I went to a snowboard hall somewhere in Italy with my sister and I missed it if I can be honest just the feeling of doing it I don't know it was something I always loved

I just brought Antoine and Liam to school and when I came back I saw the car from Pierre standing outside our the house when I walked in the house I walked to the living room

"Hey" I say and he looked at me "your home? I thought you would come tomorrow?" I said

"Yea I decided to come back earlier" he said and gave me a weak smile

"I just brought them to school if you asked your self where the boys were" I say and he nodded

"I already thought that" he said and I nodded
Why was. It so awkward between us? Before Pierre went away we had an argument it was stupid when I think back, I was tired and annoyed because of my period and I was annoyed because of Pierre and all that stuff

"I want to say I'm sorry" I say to Pierre before he walked upstairs and he looked around to me
"I'm sorry I went mad at you before you left I was tired and annoyed and let it all out on you" I say

"Jenna you don't have to be sorry it can happen we all have those moments" he said before he went upstairs with his suitcase to probably unpack his stuff

Picked up Antoine and Liam from school and I drove back home

"How was school?" I asked them while focusing on the road

"Good" Antoine said

"The same as Toine" Liam says and I smile at them and thinking back at my time at school
I literally hated it especially high school but I survived it

"Guys dad came earlier home but he couldn't come with me to pick you guys up from school because he has an online interview but I don't know if he is still in that interview so don't be too loud" I say to them and i saw there faces when I said 'dad' they missed their dad but through the years they got used to it but they still missed him but Pierre tried to spent time with them when he could and I was glad he did that because I was happy to see Toine and Liam happy

We arrived back home and I opened the door and they both walked in the house Pierre just closed his laptop giving the sign that his interview was done and Antoine and Liam both rushed to their dad and hugged him and I smiled

Even I was only 10 days ago they saw him because Pierre came to their birthday even he needed to be somewhere he flew over to be their at their birthday
They still missed their dad and I get that
I can't imagine how it is to grow up with a dad who is always away for work

We spent it some time together and played boardgames

"Mom what are we going to eat?" Liam asked

"Pasta pesto" I said

"You better say Yaay because I don't know anyone than your mom because she makes the best pasta pesto" Pierre said who walked in the kitchen with Antoine and I chuckle and Liam too

After a few minutes dinner was ready and we ate dinner and after dinner the boys needed to go to bed and Pierre brought them to bed and came later downstairs
I was watching a movie when I saw him walking down the stairs

"They are sleeping" he said

"Good I hope they don't fake it because they did that a few times so don't let them fool you" I say and he chuckled and I looked at my phone

"I saw another article.. again" I said and Pierre looked at me "you had fun I saw" I say

"Jenna-"

"No Pierre every time I think I want to give you a chance there comes an article again" I say

"I'm sorry" he said

"With sorry you don't get anywhere Pierre" I say and I look at him

"Let's not fight right now Jenna I don't want to fight with you right now or ever" he said

"Still we fight and have discussions all the time" I say and he looked at me annoyed

"Jenna" he said

"Sorry" I say "I'm going to bed I'm tired night Pierre" I say and I go upstairs and I check on Antoine and Liam to look if they are sleeping and they are and I get ready to go bed and I go sleep and I set my alarm for to tomorrow morning
