Prologue
April 28th 1920
"This is ridiculous! How is there no new, or should I say, a worthwhile businesses to invest in!!" Niklaus Mikaelson complained, throwing the papers away from him. "I have heard of a business that is doing extraordinary well." A Wiccan warlock by the name of Maximus muttered nervously. "And why have you not provided me with this business and instead supplied me with all this useless rubbish!" Niklaus demanded in a deadly calm voice. "Be-because it's a core wizard." Maximus muttered petulantly jealousy clear within in his countenance. "And?!" Niklaus demanded. "I want that information Maximus or your life is forfeit!"
Chucking back his glass of bourbon Niklaus left the room before he killed the incompetent warlock before he received the information he needed. Every decade or so he invested in worthy and worthwhile businesses to increase the Mikaelson empire. With the way that Rebekah, Kol and even Elijah spent the money on clothes, he needed it and any investment he could get.

A few weeks later Niklaus Mikaelson was seen walking through the streets of Diagon Alley, London, heading towards the snowy-white building that stood tall above the rest. He had a meeting with Teahai, and Lord and Lady Potter to discuss Niklaus investing in Lord Potter's business that seemed to be flourishing even without Niklaus's investment. The Lord of the Most Ancient and Most Noble House of Potter seemed to be a dab hand at creating potions, a business that Niklaus could see flourishing long after the Lord and Lady were gone. "I have a meeting with Teahai and Lord and Lady Potter." Niklaus stated cordially with the teller who's name was Bogrod.
"Of course. If you will follow me." Bogrod stated, climbing down from his podium to lead Niklaus down several winding marble halls until they came to stop outside a Cherry red door with a golden plaque upon it that read, 'Teahai: Account Manager for the Most Ancient and Most Noble House of Potter.' After knocking thrice upon the door - which seemed to be some form of Goblin custom - Bogrod pushed open the door to reveal a large office that Niklaus loved instantly. Not only did the battle-axes mounted upon the wall behind the goblin, remind him of his time with the battle-axes, but it was also decorated in a sophisticated elegance fashion, that Niklaus himself decorated each of his homes in.
