Forgive, and forget

Madison and Jc had been dating for almost 4 years. They had met each other at a video shoot during the MMC last and final season. The only person she seemed to be comfortable at first was Tony, who would talk to her. Jc would see them for far but never went up to them. Until Tony invited him to sit down with them. If it wasn't for Tony, Jc would have never spoken to her or became friends.

Both teenagers hit it off right away, and soon after became more than just friends. Jc would invite her to hang out after the shows and go out with his friends. Madison loved spending time with him even if it was difficult and limited.

She lived a normal life, going to a public high school and of to college like any typical girl. Unlike him, he loved the life of a pop star. She was in her studies as he conquered the hearts of girls.

She lived in her dorm, with her friend Alissa as she was in college. Madison was studying to be a nurse, it was her last year of college. While, Jc was at the start of his second tour along with his band mates.

At first Jc would call her every night, for a long time. But Little by little, those phone calls weren't daily and got shorter. She missed her boyfriend but understood his job and passion. She wasn't going to interfere, that was his life. They always kept their relationship private too, no one knew they were dating. Besides Alissa but she kept it a secret. She knew the chaos that could happened if it slipped out to the public.

"Hey, I can't really hear you. We're at a photo shoot right now" he said over the phone. "Jc, it's 9. Who has a photo shoot in this hour?" She questioned. "Different time zones. I gotta go, I'll call you soon. I love you" he said

"Okay, I love you Jc" was the last thing she said before he hanged up. Something felt off. Their relationship felt off. It had been that like that for a while now.

Alissa looked up from her desk towards her roommate. "¿What's the excuse his time?" She questioned "Photo shot." She frowned once she heard her "¿At this time?"

"Madi...i know this isn't my place to say something but. Have you ever thought that he might be...cheating on you?" She asked. Madi hadn't really thought about it. It had never crossed her mind before.

¿Was he capable of doing?

"No, he wouldn't." She shook it off. "I don't know Madi. He's been distant for the past couple of weeks." Alissa wasn't wrong. Jc hadn't seem interested in the relationship.  "He's coming back in town next week." 

For the rest of the week Madison studied hard. A part of her didn't want to think much of what Alissa had told her but it was impossible to avoid it. She hated the feeling of evening doubting on her boyfriend. He had never given her a reason...until now.

Madison was laying down in her bed when suddenly she heard a knock on her door. She looked up from her magazine as she heard the noise. Quickly, Madison got up from her bed and walked to open the door. As she opened it, a tall figure appeared in front of her, it was Jc.

He stood in front of her with the brightest smile anyone could have. "Jc" she said with a smile as she jumped to hug him. It felt so good to see him after months. "Hey gorgeous" he chuckled lightly, embracing her between his arms.

"I missed you so much" she whispered in his ear. "Me too, me too"

"Come inside" she pulled him inside her room, closing the door behind them. "¿How's tour? ¿How are the boys? How's my cousin doing?" She asked millions of questions. "Lance is doing great. Everyone is doing great." He started off.

"¿How is school? I can't believe you're about to graduate in a few months." He went on.

Everything seemed fine, like if nothing had happened. It was almost as if, all those missing calls didn't exist. Guilt came into her, how could she ever doubt the love of his? He's been so good to her, so loyal, and loving.
