Chapter 4

I'm soo sorry for the wait Ive been on winter break and have been binge watching naruto and just reading on here it wasn't until I saw I've been getting more reads that I realized I needed to write more chapters so here we go hope you enjoy and I promise I'll start writing more chapters!!

The first match for the mixed matches were in a day and you had just woken up. Last night you decided you wouldn't let your nervousness around Kane stop you from winning, besides You shouldn't be getting nervous over a guy who's not even interested in you.

You got up out of bed and drank some water trying to figure out what you'd do today since you had no matches scheduled. After you'd finished your morning routine and had gotten dressed in some sweats and an oversized T-shirt (or crop top whatever you'd like.) you made your way to catering where breakfast was being served. Sometimes you'd help out in the kitchen during breakfast but today you woke a little more tired than usual.

  "good morning y/n," Lee said as you walked over to the table she was sitting at.
  "good morning lee, what's for breakfast?" you asked her as you began placing your hooded on the chair.
      " just pancakes," 
   " alright I'll be back in a second im gonna go get some," you said and began walking towards the serving area.

While walking over you glanced to your side and began feeling a sting in your heart. There, sitting besides Kane was Aj Lee, yup she was the sole reason you think Kane doesn't like you.

She's always with him and you could tell she was head over heels for him, you were too of course but alas you're far too shy to even make eye contact with Kane let alone actually speak to him, in fact the other day was the only time you've ever actually said a word to him.

Back to real time you were now getting some pancakes with some (what ever topping you'd like) on top. Walking back to the table with Lee you decided to tell her that you were now in the mix matched challenge a little excited to tell your friend about you being partnered with Kane.
   "Lee, the other day after i left Mr. McMahon called me to his office and asked if i want to be added into the mixed matches, I told him yes and you'll never guess who my partner is!" you told her a little excited
   " who??" Lee asked you curiously.
      " I'm being partnered with Kane! "
  "oh my god, seriously?? What are the chances of that!" she said clearly happy for me and shocked at the coincidence
   "I'm surprised he wasn't just partnered with Aj over there," she said subtlety glancing over at Aj while laughing a bit.
  "well, it would probably have been expected and the point of the mixed matches is to partner two wrestlers who wouldnt interact I guess," you told her also laughing at her comment. She nodded her head to your comment and got backbto eating her pancakes, you began eating as well.

After you were done eating you and Lee decided to train together so you went over to your room and grabbed your gym bag, stuffing a couple water bottles in there as well before leaving.

Now you were in the gym locker rooms waiting for Lee to arrive. While tying your hair back someone called your name, though you didn't recognize the voice until you turned around. It was daniel bryan, he was good friends with Lee, you've never really spoken to him but you've been there when Lee talked to him plenty of times for you two to be acquainted with each other.

"hello daniel, uh do you need something?"  you asked him.
"Not really I was just wondering if you and Lee were gonna train together?"
"Oh yes, she's actually supposed to be coming here in a bit ," you told him with a small smile
"Oh alright well I was actually hoping to ask you both.. " he began but you looked behind him hearing someone coming from the men's side of the locker rooms and so he turned around as well at the noise of someone coming. It was Kane.

I tired to make this chapter longer than my other ones but I don't know if it is honestly and I'll try to update a longer chapter tomorrow though, again if there's any errors please tell me! :)
