To the Descendants of the Guard,
If you're reading this, it means that it is now your turn. You may have heard the stories of the original guard, our home, and those that destroyed it. We had to leave our home due to the destruction of those we shared it with, who ended up killing us for power, the original forced their children into pods and scattered them on a planet we later learned was called "Earth" they were to be protected and once strong enough were to be reunited to save our race.
They were called the "Chosen"
Each chosen had a protector who would give their lives if it came to it. Each Chosen had received what the humans would call powers. They were gifted to them by their parents before they were sent away, but they, of course, aren't aware of these at the time and will learn about it later, their protectors were each given a chest to present to the chosen when the time came.
There were nine chosen sent, three have been found and killed. The rest fought their way to each other and created a haven for the time being. Most lost their protectors in the fights they faced and all very nearly lost their lives. We now have human allies that have sided in our fight but have also got humans against us that have sided with the side of the dark.
We have a long road ahead of us and one hell of a fight to make it through.
So, From the ones who came before to the ones of now, be ready, strong, and wise. If you're reading this, it means you have been chosen to be one of the guards.
