Nodoka's POV: I was glad that the fight with King Byogen was finally over that I could go back and help Daruizen recover. I hope he is okay.
As soon as I opened the door Daruizen grabbed me into a bear hug and did not plan on letting me go anytime soon. "You're safe I'm so happy." Daruizen said. "Can't breath." I managed out.
"Sorry I am just so happy that you won. Now I can finally enjoy life without him breathing down my back." Daruizen said. "I see so you are just happy that king byogen is gone." I said. Daruizen nodded.
"Nodoka your friends are here to see you!" My mother called out. "Daruizen hide quickly." I said panicking. "Daruizen opened the window and hopped onto the roof.
"That was close." I breathed out a sigh of relief and inveited Chiyu, and Hinata up to my room. "Hi guys." I said with a smile but the thing I thought was werid was that they did not smile back.
"Is there something wrong?" I asked them. Chiyu raised her head and looked at me with a stern expression on her face. "Nodoka I think you should back out of the pretty cure team. You are not cut out to be a pretty cure." Chyiu said. "You are not strong enough and you seem to hold us back." Hinata said.
"Rabirin is this all true?" I asked my cure animal. "No I think you are plenty strong." Rabirin said nuzzling me. "I refuse." I said. "Well not that it matters since we are kicking you off of the team." Hinata said.
With that they left. I felt my knees buckle as I sat there and let the waterworks began. How could they say that to me. I was the one that brought them together I was the team leader. It should be me who decides who should stay and who should go.
Daruizen leapt through the window and hurried over to my side. "Nodoka are you alright what happened?" His panicked voice asked.
"It's Daruizen Rabi!" Rabirin exclaimed. "My friends don't think I am strong enough to be a pretty cure." I sobbed.
"That is so not true, you are plenty strong you kicked my butt more times than I can count not to mention when I first saw you, you defeated that megabyogen all by yourself. That should prove something." Daruizne said.
"Yes but later on I needed their help and now they think I am weak." I said. "Weren't you the one that brought them together?" Daruizen asked.
"Yes that is true." I said. That makes you the team leader they should not have the power to kick you out." Daurizen argued.
Rabirin was shocked why was Daruizen being so nice all of a sudden. "What is going on here rabi." Rabirin asked.
"After I left Daruizen in the woods I felt guilty for not helping him out so I decided to go back to help him." I explained.
"I am forever in your debt Nodoka." Daruizen said. "Although what your friends said was way out of the line even if they are your friends.
"Please don't hurt them Daruizen." I pleaded. Daruizen decided that instead of going after my friends, he should stay and offer me some comfort.
