Charlotte POV:

"Charlotte, what're you doing here?"
Butterflies flutter around my stomach, my palms begin to sweat, and I'm suddenly extremely nervous.
"I.. I'm, Leah." I take a deep breathe, calming my nerves, "My fathers going away for a while, and Leah offered for me to stay here whilst he is gone."
"Oh." Is all he replies with, before turning around and walking off.
Odd.
I step up the stairs, two at a time to Leah's room, I smile once I enter and place my belongings on the floor, after I join her on her bed. We discuss my fathers random leaving, and how strange it is how it's so sudden.

"Ill order pizza for tea, come on, I'll ask what the others want." Leah offers, as she pulls herself from her bed, I nod and join her.
Once we make it downstairs, Harry and Louis are sitting outside. Harry has his phone pressed to his ear, as we make our way outside, the cool breeze fans over me, causing me to clutch my jacket closer. Harry murmurs something into the phone, his eyes lock with mine, before hanging up and placing hisphone in his pocket, putting his head down, breaking our gaze.
"I'm ordering pizza, what do you both want?" Leah mumbles to the boys.
"The usual" Louis replies
"Pepperoni with extra cheese, thanks Lee." Harry speaks, smiling up at her.
My phone begins to sing out loud it's ringtone, as I pull it out of my pocket, I speak to Leah, "Surprise me."
I don't recognise the number. I bite the inside of my cheek, what if it's Deacoda? Don't answer it. My inner self beams, for once I listen to her, sighing I shove my phone into my back pocket of jeans.
My mind unwilling wonders, I can't believe my mother gave her my number. What if she contacts me? Would she even bother? Anxiety fills my veins, I feel sick. Scared even.
I clear my throat before talking, "It's too cold out here for me, I'll be inside." I lie, shooting a small smile towards them all before making my way inside.
I place myself on the couch, I try to clear my mind, distract it away from thoughts about Deacoda, but it's almost impossible. I know I'm so far away from her, but she really does terrify me. I am so mad at my mother, although I shouldn't be, she doesn't know what Coda did to me. She destroyed me, mentally and physically. Maybe, I should talk to Leah around it, I have caught Leah staring at my scars twice now. I'm surprised she hasn't asked what they're from, but also extremely pleased that she hasn't. I did feel a whole lot better discussing my previous abuse with Harry.
I sigh, the thought of Harry makes me feel calm, confused and concerned. I couldn't be falling for him, a boy, a boy who likes to play games with females for the thrill. Way to much has happened in the last couple of days, way to much for me to understand, for me to process. Harry would never fall for me, I'm probably just a new victim to his dumb game. He doesn't let people stay in his room. I need to ask why he doesn't, I need to ask why he let me stay there. Maybe it was because of the incident with Matt. Ugh, far to much is happening for my mind to figure out.
My thoughts are lost when Louis enters the room, taking a seat next to me.
"You okay, love?" He asks, softly.
I nod in respond, I know my mouth will betray me.
"Are you sure? I know we don't know each other that well, but Leah speaks nothing but good about you. So, as her big brother I feel the need to be concerned about her friends." He says, with a small smile.
"Thankyou Louis, that means a lot," I sigh, "it's just complicated."
"We're all here for you, you know."
I nod, Louis is such a friendly guy. I'm so overwhelmed with happiness, honestly.
Louis gives me a awkward side hug, and hops of the couch, leaving me alone with my thoughts once again.

I take a bite into my fifth slice of pizza, barbecue chicken, Louis has finished his pizza and is now attempting to steal a slice off Leah.
"Piss off, Louis!" Leah shouts, grabbing her pizza box and moving it away from Louis.
"But, I'm still hungry." He pouts, placing his chin in his hand.
We are all sitting in the kitchen, around the right seated table.
"Here." I say, picking up the biggest slice and holding it out to Louis.
His eyes light up, making me laugh.
"Hooray!" He says in delight, holding the pizza above his head before taking a huge bite.
"Pig." Leah mutters, shaking her head.
Harry hadn't spoken a word since it got here.
"Sorry, what?" Louis says, pizza sticking out if his mouth, smiling.
I close up my pizza box, and walk over to the fridge, chucking the box in.
"Let's watch a movie!" Leah says, "everyone's too quite for my liking, especially you Haz."
Harry responses with a shrug, pushing himself off the chair.
