New Intern - Peter Parker

Peter Parker was smart to say the least. He went to a STEM school, got straight A's and was on the school's decathlon team.

He might not be the person who had the most friends, but those he had were amazing and one of them, MJ, just so happened to have dared him at something seemingly harmless.

"Man, you will definitely get an internship at Stark Industries when you are in college" Ned exclaimed.

"I don't think so, you have to be extremely smart to get one" Peter answered truthfully.

"You could probably get one as a highschooler if you tried loser" MJ, who otherwise hadn't participated in the conversation, added.

"Dude you should totally try to get one, it would be so cool"

It was at this time Flash, who had listened to their conversation, decided to come with an input "Ha, as if Penis Parker could ever get an internship, not even the cleaners would want him" at that, he and his cronies laughed and walked away while high fiving. 

"Now you have to try just to prove him wrong," MJ said.

"I'll think about it" and Peter did think about it. He came to the conclusion that what's the worst that could happen. Yeah they could reject him and never take him seriously, resulting in him never getting an internship, then not getting a job and- okay now he might be exaggerating, but he decided to give it a go.

He wrote a long application and ended up sending it the same day. He honestly didn't have any expectations, and when a week had passed he had almost forgotten about it, that is until he received an email with the reply.

"Dear Mr. Parker

We have received your application for the SI internship, and we are happy to inform you that you have gotten the..."

That's when he stopped reading. He couldn't believe it, they actually accepted him. He hurriedly read the rest of the mail and saw that his first day was in just two days! He texted his friends, telling them the good news. Of course Ned freaked out, asking all sorts of questions Peter couldn't even answer.

Peter stood in front of the tall SI tower or better known as the avengers tower. He still thought he might be dreaming. No way they would actually want him as an intern? It was probably just a prank they did to get a good laugh. Either way he went into the building, in the big entrance hall. It was big and stunning, exactly how he imagined the tower of one of the richest persons on earth.

He had no idea where he needed to go from there, so he walked up to the receptionist.

"Uhm hello" Peter asked nervously, no one would ever believe he actually had an internship, they were, normally, only for college students and he barely looked like he was in highschool.

"What can I help you with, sweetie? Are you here on a field trip?" The lady asked with a smile.

"No I-I actually have an internship. It's my first day today" She looked quite choked, but went on anyway.

"Can I just get you name so I can get your ID badge, and tell you were to go"

"Peter, Peter Parker"

"Okay Peter it looks like a supervisor will be here to get you in just a minute" I nodded and waited while she gave me a badge with my name and picture on it.

Some time went on, and still no one had come to get me. The receptionist started looking more and more sorry for me, until a man with a lab coat came running up to us, with a stack of papers in his hands.
