Thee next weekend my mom drags me to the park, "Mommmm. I don't see why I need to come with you to the park." I complain
"Because meha you need to get out of that house! All you do is play that video game all day. Plus some fresh air and exercise never hurt anyone." she smiles, "Look, all i am saying is that i'm glad you paused your game and decided to come out with me! Mommy appreciates it!"
"You can't pause MMO's mom! God" I sigh, "But, if it makes you happy, then that makes me happy"
"That's my girl. So, what do you think of your mom's new jogging outfit?" she gestures down to the white crop top and jean shorts she's wearing.
"It's a little... Revealing" I laugh, "But it looks amazing on you!"
"Thanks! It's pretty tight yo!" She smiles trying to be cool
"Mom! Where did you learn to talk like that?" I ask embarrassed
"From an old friend of mine. Speaking of which, she should be here any minute" she states after checking her watch and looking around
"Wait, you invited another adult to join us? Ugh" I say surprised, and she laughs
"Of course I did! I didn't want to be seen alone with my daughter! She is so embarrassing"
"Don't sass me mom! Wait... I should be saying that about you!"
"Calm down Meha. This 'other adult' is cool. I just reconnected with her this week. In fact, she's bringing her kids too. So while we are jogging and catching up you can play with them!"
"So I'm just a free babysitter now?" I ask, "Ugh, fine! But you owe me." I look around, "So am I watching some 5 year old brat again?"
"Well-" then she gets cut off by a girl running up
"Hey girlfriend!" the woman says
"Ahhhhh! Wassup yo!" my mom throws herself at the woman and she catches her in a hug.
"Oh Jieun! It's been years! You're still looking fine!" She compliments
"You're one to talk! I just had one kid! You had three and look at you! I'm so jealous, Eunyoung!" my mom adds, then the friend whose name is apparently Eunyoung looks at me
"Oh! And you must be Areum. Look at how beautiful you are! You all are going to have so much fun together!" she smiles
"It's nice to meet you! Wait, you said all? Great so im babysitting multiple brats." I roll my eyes
"Well I wouldn't exactly call us brats" I look over to where the voice came from and see Seokjin, Namjoon, and Taehyung.
"What the?! Jin? What are you doing here?" I ask
"Funny, I was about to ask you the same thing." he laughs, "But I think I figured it out."
"Wait, your? Eunyoung's?" I ask
' "So, this is the brat we have to babysit?" Namjoon speaks up
"Hey Not-Alone-Buddy!" Tae smiles widely
"Mom! Are you kidding me? These guys go to my school!" I shout
"Eunyoung, I didn't realise your boys went to the same school as my daughter!" She boasts
"Oh, samezies!" Eunyoung smiles, "That's so adorable!"
"We have so much to catch up on!" my mom smiles, "I'm ready to start our jog!"
"Right! Ok kids, have fun together! Remember Joonie, I want you to try at least one sport with your brothers and new friend while your here at the park. We need to toughen you up but not so much that you are too tough for mommy kisses!" She makes a kissy face to Namjoon
