Side Story: The Drifting Punishment (Rewritten)

Hey just like I promised last time this chapter will be the beginning of how Frank arrived to Union. This side story will involve the plot of the Drifters manga but with my own spin since I don't want to do a copy paste of the original story. So at the end there's going to be poll for this side story and a important announcement. Anyway that's all I have to say other than enjoy the chapter.

Edit: Fixed grammar mistakes, added missing words, changed Frank's appearance, changed Summer's appearance to match her canon one, and added some descriptions.

Union Academy - Ozpin's office

Third person POV

Francis is currently sitting in front of Ozpin in his the headmaster's office. Ozpin was sipping some hot chocolate while finishing some last minute paperwork as Francis was reading a book. "Sorry about that Mr. Castelieon that took longer than I expected. Anyway how was your first day? Especially since you started quite late in the school year." Ozpin asks the youth. "It was alright but tell me what's the real reason you brought me here Murdock?" Francis asks. Ozpin's sighs not bother by the last name of one of his past lives before showing Francis a news article of his latest act of vigilantism.

"I thought I told you to stop with your Punisher activity Frank?" Ozpin asked using "Francis" real name. "Really Murdock? That man was scum that deserved to die imagine how many little kids he violated just for some cash. He didn't deserve to live anymore what he deserved was punishment and I gave it to him!" Frank argued. "Frank this isn't the twenty first century times has changed unlike before your most likely to caught this time. You got the death penalty last time you were arrested Frank! And when you get arrested this time you won't even get it next time it will be Tartarus!" Ozpin argues back.

"Does it look like I give a damn?! Everywhere I look all I see are mutants in spandex calling themselves heroes! As they pranced around as walking advertisements or flaunting their bodies like pieces of meat to horn dogs while criminal scum like that man are allowed to exist since they are not flashing enough to be a good fight for the public! They called themselves "heroes" but they are no heroes they are no Captain America, Iron Man, Wonder Woman, Superman, Black Canary, or a Spider-Man! So yes times has changed but was it for the better or the worse?!" Frank ranted as his right eye glowed red showing his anger.

Ozpin calmly sips his hot chocolate as Frank huffs as he catches his breath. "Is it all out? Good. Looks like you're Demon's Rage is quite prominent as ever." Ozpin comments having been a victim of it once. He subconsciously rubs his ribs remembering how Frank broke them and nearly crushed his heart with a single punch in one of their encounters back in Shinjuku. "Frank I've been meaning to ask this but how did you end up here? Last time I heard you suddenly disappeared and was presumed dead." Ozpin told Frank causing him to chuckle. "It's long story one that can take days to finish. So are you willing to wait that long?" Frank asked. "I don't have anything scheduled for the rest of the week so I have time." Ozpin replied.

"We'll then let me tell you how I ended up in another world and became a ruler of a nation after helping overthrow a tyrannical government." Frank started. "I was in one of my dead drop safe houses restocking my ammunition after a recent attack against one of the King Pin's bases. But I was careless because the base had a trap set by an assassin hired to kill me. This wasn't any old assassin no it was one of the League of Assassins best... Cheshire."
