Our mouths still connected. My back rested on the door of the stairwell. I forget my intentions on staying clear from Aemond. He's got me. I've been captured. My hands are in his chest feeling his body amidst the strong material he wears. His hands moved from my face to my dress. Slipping the dress off my shoulders, not delicately, ripping the seams to let my bare shoulders out. His mouth now sucking near my collarbone and making his way to my shoulder in which he bites. A small moan leaves my breath as his bite stings with passion. He grabs onto my waist and lifts me up as I wrap my legs around him. He sits down on one of the steps of the stairs while I'm placed on his lap. The top of my dress sees its destruction as it slowly falls off my body. While he works his way back to my mouth I work my way with undressing his top. Being aggressive and urgent with the way I unbuckle buckles on his top. Once free, my hand makes contact with his skin. Warm and filled with sweat from the heat of our actions. I place my hand on his heart as I feel it beating at an intense speed.

I could have continued with this act forever when my head starts to spin so slightly. I groan and place my head on his chest feeling heaviness in my body. "What's wrong?" Aemond asks as he brushes hair out of my face and tries to get a good look at my face.

"I'm not sure. I got dizzy all of a sudden." He stared at my eyes innocently until I remembered what he did during dinner and slapped him. His eyes wide at the abruptness of my action, looking unsure of the intent of it. "That's for my brothers." I shake my head. "You're such an ass. Why can't you put your pride aside just this once when our family is getting along." I started lecturing his ass on what he did.

He stays quiet and just looks at my face with concern, pretending he didn't hear the confrontation. He touches my face in a soothing way. "Maybe you should rest. Are you exhausted from the travels? Should I get you some more to eat?" Aemond asks in a concerning and soft tone.

"I'm alright." I answer by changing my tone to match his. "Are you?" He's trying his best to maintain eye contact with me until he looks elsewhere. "Aemond?" Calling him, hoping he'd let me in.

"I'm trying alright. I'm trying for you." He looks back at me again. "I, I was scared Rea. Lucery's laughing reminded me of the pain and the consequence of what I did. I know what I did was wrong but. I was a child. I didn't know any better." He looks down, from the shame he was feeling. I lift his head by lifting his chin with my finger. I give his eye a peck as he tries to meet my eyes again. "I'm sorry." He delivers with meaning to me and only me.

"I love you. Aemond," I enunciate trying to reach him. Trying to meet him. "And I agree that what you did was wrong but I understand where it's coming from. My brothers mean dear to me, and I know you wouldn't hurt them." I take his hand in mine and hold onto them. "But promise me," I look down at our hands and back up to his eye and shake our hands slightly, "Promise me that you won't hurt them," I say those last words slowly. He stares into me knowing what he meant to me and the care and love I have for my brothers. "I promise." A smile forms my face with this moment we're having.

I kiss him and hold onto his neck trying to deepen the kiss until Aemond pulls away and begins to talk, "Now that you're in love with me again." He takes my hands and lifts it to his lips to give it a peck. "Let's get wed."

"What?" I stare with my eyes wide. Now he's reversed the situation. "Now. Tonight. Up the stairs to the top of the tower." Aemond announces and proposes confidently. He takes my hand and leads me up the stairs. Once we reached the top I'm surprised at the sight.

Red candles are all over the tower, lighting the space. A table with a knife used for ceremonies. And a cup. I turn around to face Aemond and the sight I'm welcomed with is one of a pure blue color. He holds a necklace with a sapphire stone in the shape of a heart with Valyrian steel as the chain. "Rea Alyssa Royce Targaryen, wed me?" I nearly cried with his words. "I mean can we. Is this alright?"
