LEVI'S POV

"Thank you Atlanta love GOODNIGHT" I screamed into the mic. I was exhausted. I walked off stage and towards the back to see Ivy laying on the couch sleeping. My poor baby I thought to myself. I quickly said my goodbyes to the guys and scooped up Ivy and hoped in the car, off the hotel. I'm so tired but anything to get this money.

NEXT DAY

IVY'S POV

I stirred in my sleep, almost completely forgetting what happened last night. I shot up to grab my phone, but soon realized it was dead. I sighed in devastation. I know that I am a grown women but I know my parents and siblings are worried sick about me being that I didn't return home last night and my phone is dead. I hope Aaliyah covered me. I quickly woke up Levi to say my goodbyes.

"Babe you don't have to leave" he mumbled from his sleep.
"My family is probably worried about me I promise I'll be back." I reassured him
"Okay baby." He replied

He drug his self out of bed to walk me down to my car, which I told him was not needed.

"Alright baby drive safe" He said to me before kissing me on my forehead due to both of us having morning breath.

I said my goodbyes, and I sighed as I saw him walk away into the hotel, I can only imagine what was waiting at home for me. It felt like I was in my teenage years all over again.

NOW AT THE HOUSE

I closed down the garage and walked quietly in the house to be greeted by my brothers and father dressed in all black with ski masks and my mother sitting in the living watching the cameras. I rolled my eyes at their dramaticness.

"I'm home" I yelled to everyone.
"Oh my baby where have you been" My mom said as she practically jumped on me.
"I went to visit a friend and lost track of time" I reassured everyone of my safety.
My brothers cut their eyes at me not believing me.
"I understand you are grown Ivy but you cannot do that especially when you are back home in Atlanta. You know how much your safety means to this family and you know how crazy it is out in those streets." My dad said to me.
"Dad I completely understand but I am fine, I have my gun with me."
"We was worried about you poison." Jason said to me.
Quickly trying to get passed the situation, I walked further into the house to give my brother a hug.

"JJ I missed you dearly, you hardly check up on me anymore." I said to him.
"I miss you too poison, I be busy handling business but I'm always watching to make sure you straight know dat" He said I rolled my eyes, being the only girl they are so overprotective of me.

My dad is a biggest drug dealer in the A, and he's looking to retire so he's handing the business down to JJ, JJ always was my dads right hand man, as it was a family business my dad didn't partner up with any of his friends for this. With JJ being my dad's first son and child, this the only life JJ knew. My dad sent JJ off to college to major in business to cover up the tracks of his dirty dealing. My parents own a restaurant, a few car washes, a night club, and a gym for the kids. Cameron on the other hand loved to get his hands dirty, he loves guns. My dad admired Cams love for torture and brutal activity because when some shit needed to get handled Cam would do the job with no remorse or evidence left in sight. My mom was a nurse for a few years until my dad retired her, She really only got into nursing just to make sure nothing bad happened to any of them while they were out taking care of business. Growing up my family didn't want me apart of their drug business which I was happy about I could do my own thing.

"We are happy your safe baby let's all sit down and enjoy some breakfast" my mom said.

She had made pancakes, eggs, sausage, and grits, with sides of fruits and orange juice.

"Thanks mom" I said to her with a warm smile. Before eating my breakfast I ran upstairs to brush my teeth.

After freshening up and ran back downstairs to eat with my family and catch up with them.

"What have you been getting into poison ?" My dad questioned me, in all honesty he wants to know how I am making a way for myself.

"I'm working on my own clothing line, Im still a promoter and an influencer, so that's bringing in all the income now." I replied. He nodded.

"I got you put up for a reason poison, make me proud. I want you to be bigger than all of us." He said to me, my family looked up to me, I was the only girl so I am the one who everyone seeks to protect. My dad and my mom forced me to go to college and move to a new city, they wanted a new life than what I was used to living, I am happy for the opportunity they have given me. It is my soul purpose to make everyone proud no matter what.

"I will" I reassured him. We continued to catch up with each other. I truly loved being around my family.

After breakfast, Levi texted me:

"Wsup bae, what you doing?" he started off
"I'm chilling with my family" I replied
"Type shi that's wassup, I got one more show then I'm leaving tonight. You coming with me ?" He asked me

I took a minute to think before replying back, I missed my family, but I know being with Levi on the road will bring some new memories. However I didn't want to be in a position to choose between him or my family.

"I'ma meet you in your next city, where you going next ?" I questioned him

"New Orleans, I'ma go ahead and book ya flight and hotel" He replied
"You didn't have to but thank you see you soon 💗"
"I gotchu, stay safe fa me pretty"

A few moments later he sent my ticket & hotel confirmation. I was taken back by his gestures, he's a true gentleman, hopefully it's not too good to be true.
