Meanwhile in an alternate universe...
Goku Black: "Well, well, well... It's been far too long, hasn't it... Patrick."
Patrick: "Yes it has Goku Black... that is Black."
SpongeBob: "We've got a great team here!"
"We made it Gohan!" The Pink haired young man and blue cat hanging from Gohan's arm let out a happy shout as they touched down at their destination. Literally, as Gohan had flown with the two on his arm for most of the trip. Looking around the three nodded as they confirmed the locale as the place they wanted to be, a small fishing city where rumors of a salamander had spread, the reason for their visit.
"Thanks for flying us here Gohan!" "Thanks, Gohan!" The pink-haired man shouted and the blue cat echoed. "No problem Natsu, I know about your problem with moving vehicles." Waved it off as he fixed his gi. "Yeah, I would have had to take two trains to get here if it weren't for you!" Natsu thanked him before turning towards the city.
"So... You think this salamander might be Igneel?" Natsu questioned to which Gohan shook his head. "No, but... This area has been suffering from kidnappings so I thought we could go ahead and check it out." Natsu solemnly nodded before his mood took a one-eighty as he turned to the blue cat with a smile on his face.
"Come on Happy! Let's find this Salamander!!" Natsu shouted. "Aye!" The blue cat replied as he saluted Natsu. Gohan couldn't help but let out a slight chuckle as he watched the two run into the city before chasing after them himself. It was a short run however as the trio ran into a group of women shouting the name Salamander.
"Look Gohan! We barely got here and we already found the Salamander guy!" Natsu shouted happily before charging into the crowd himself to find the lizard. "Igneel! Igneel! Igneel!!!" Natsu shouted out as he shoved his way through the crowd only to make his way through and find an average guy.
The two had a confused staredown for a moment before Natsu broke the silence. "Who are you?" The man struck a pose before dramatically saying. "If I were to say Salamander... would that ring any bells with you?" The man was met with silence as Natsu, Happy and Gohan walked away from the crowd only to be pestered by the women who were fawning over him, yelling insults at the group for ignoring the great "Salamander."
"Now, Now! I think that will be quite enough. It isn't as if he meant to insult me." Salamander called off his fans who praised him for his kindness. Gohan however had finally picked up on something. It was so small that he didn't notice it at first but...
As Salamander reached into his coat he found his hand restricted by Gohan. The girls around shouted in protest and even Salamander spoke out. "Hey! what are you doing?! If you don't back off I will burn you!" He yelled out only for Gohan to ignore him and pluck one of the rings from his finger. "I didn't notice it at first but..."
"This ring is enchanted with the charm spell... Right?" Placing the ring into his palm Gohan crushed it with ease and suddenly the girls around them weren't so fond of Salamander. The charm spell, a type of magic that was highly illegal, that the ring emitted was now over.
Beads of sweat dripped down Salamnder's face as the crowd was no longer under his spell. Gohan, not thinking much of this Lizard let him go, and said reptile made his escape with some fire magic though not before telling the crowd about a party he was having on his yacht. It seemed like this guy was some grown-up spoiled brat who thought he was above the law.
Turning back to Natsu Gohan saw the upset look on his face, no doubt from the disappointment this Lizard was but before they could walk away a blonde-haired girl grabbed their attention. "Thanks for all you did!"
