As Ren was walking back from his class, he felt someone eyes follow him, he shifted for his bracelet. It lets him see the unknown, as a famous blood line of people who preform witchcrafts had hand crafted the bracelet.

His father, a man mostly known for his hexes, formed a famous company masking his dark history of magic.  His dad taught Ren everything that he knows and the most important the family witchcraft book of protections. It's important because some creatures crave the pure witchcraft blood that thrives in their veins, learning how to protect themselves was a huge thing.

Ren's eyes searched the courtyard, grasping at the bracelet he knew something was there, but he can't seem to find the problem. There was this veil almost there covers the human eyes from seeing the darkness of the world, the veil was a protection for the humans to keep them safe and not panic. He saw it finally, it was a tall slender looking creature, it had a bunch of eyes, long arms and fingers. Its pale body had pulsing veins like you can see the blood running through them.

"Hello," It whispered through a gapping whole in the face of the creature. Ren shivered it screamed bad vibes. He clutched the bracelet. The creature walked closer...

Ren's eyes searched the courtyard looking for any sign of life. Nothing. No students were there like they all disappeared. A fog began to roll on the ground, he looked down then up to see the creature face to face with him. The so called 'mouth' it had had teeth like daggers, "I..said..hello..."  it echoed.

He jumped back a few feet with a startled look on his face, still holding the bracelet he chanted in Latin, "Ego vocare tuum tueri tuam," He felt the bracelet grow in his hands to a long silver blade. The blade had a flashing glow to it, and it was around 37 inches long with a black leather handle at the end. Ren sighed, "God, I hate these fucking creatures." As the creature screamed a horrified sound that had given Ren shivers down his spine, he knew it was the creature or him...

He swung his sword with a mighty thrust, slashing into the creature leaving only a temporary wound. The creature revolted back with a swing that sent Ren flying and slammed into the courtyard wall. Ren tumbled to the ground...
