Expedition Fleet

" Cleveland! We can't hold them off for any reinforcements to come for us!! " Unicorn shouted to Cleveland as they were getting overwhelmed by the Sirens.

" Retreat!! Ayanami had found an abandoned Bunker in the island!" Cleveland ordered in a hurry.

" Charges Set!... Everyone get to the Bunker those sirens would not catch us anytime soon!" Laffey said to everyone in the radio..

Cleveland and Unicorn were the first to Retreat and enter the Bunker that was found by Ayanami who was guarding the entrance.

" How many explosives have you planted Laffey? " Helena asked..

" Enough for those sirens to be reduced to bits, anyways Z23 that's enough fall back. "

Laffey along with Helena and Z23 retreated while they kept their main guns firing at the sirens whom had been bloodied after a 3 hour brutal battle against the Expedition Fleet.

The Losses on the Expedition Fleet was worse as only the Shipgirls remained on combat while the rest were either sunk immediately or have fought with everything they got before meeting a similar fate.

As They made their way to the Bunker Laffey planted more explosives on the way while Helena and Z23 were keeping watch before running and stopping to plant another explosives this went on until they made their way to the Bunker and sealed off the entrance.

" I want all communications shut off we don't want the sirens discovering us here inside this bunker "

" But Laffey we will not have any form of communication with the Reinf- " Z23 was then interrupted by Laffey " The Sirens are able to use that to track us down did you not remember?! "

" Calm Down Laffey, We are still in this island and the sirens might just discover us " Cleveland said while also getting in a way between the two.

" Fine, anyways we might be stuck here for a while so let's check what we have here in this bunker. "

" Okay then, Laffey, Ayanami, Z23 and Unicorn will be the one to explore the Bunker while me and Helena will stay on guard "

With the Roles decided by Cleveland they went ahead to explore the Bunker for supplies and find if there's other entrance and seal it then find a suitable place for them to rest.

The Sirens whom had chased the Shipgirls have been victims of the explosives planted by Laffey thus reducing their numbers even more.

Some of the Sirens decided to retreat due to crippling loses while those that remain were ordered to just check the island for any survivors and find the Shipgirls.

That proves to be difficult due to the amount of explosives being activated by the sirens who didn't even know what happened as they were blown into pieces.

Leaving their comrades whom have been terrified by the battle due to them being newly produced sirens cannot adapt at their current situation unlike the other sirens that have fought for years.

" Damn it!! Just how much fucking explosives have been here! " A siren said angrily.

" No time for talk, we still have a mission to do either we die or not " another Siren said while clearing the dense area they were in....

" Still shouldn't we not split up? Wouldn't we get ambushed just like what happened in Vietnam against Dragon Empery? "

" No that was just a disaster of incompetence in a large scale, we lost around 6 Fleets and 456,000 of our ground forces."
