East Dorothy
I saw Michael Dren waiting on the cafeteria. He looks perfectly fine, as ever. He wears his black pants matched with his white polo shirt revealing his undefined beauty.
"Michael, tara kape!" paglapit ko't anyaya sa kanya. I just leave him a pouted face look. "You can't say no to me," dagdag ko pang turan sa kanya, wishing he'd say yes.
"Okay, okay." He replied.
Tinaasan ko lang siya ng kilay but he assured me by smiling na sasamahan niya akong magkape.
Hindi ako makapili ng flavor ng coffee, gusto ko pareho ang flavor ng caramel macchiato at cappuccino. I really can't choose between the two. I just rolled my eyes while his stares flashed at me, leaving him to smile hardly. Halatang nagpapanic ako sa harapan niya.
"Ang cute mo naman kapag nagpapanic ka, East." Simpleng tawa niya.
"I know," sagot ko naman sa kanya.
"Masarap ang caramel macchiato," he chuckled.
"Sige, caramel macchiato nalang din sa akin, libre mo ba?" tanong ko sa kanya. I even crossed my arms.
"Okay, my treat." He then smiled.
Nagpunta na kami ni Michael sa counter ng cafeteria.
"Two caramel macchiato, ma'am." Rinig kong sambit ni Michael sa coffee server.
Habang naghihintay, umupo na muna kami sa table malapit sa counter.
"Mich—"
I was cut off, naunahan niya akong magsalita.
"I'm really sorry again, East." Ulit niyang sambit sa akin.
"Y-you are forgiven, Michael. Didn't you read my email? I told you, I'd always say yes if destiny would be good to us. No, God is always good to us." I replied.
"You're not joking right? Pinatawad na ako ni East?" Sigaw ni Michael sa loob ng cafeteria, making people to look us.
Nahihiya ako.
"Michael,"
"Wala ng bawian 'yan East. A promise is always a promise. I'm forgiven. Thank you." He smiled again.
Ang kaninang matamlay na Michael ay napalitan na ng masiglang siya.
"Yes, because I really like you, Michael." Bulong ko sa kanya.
"Pero hindi mo naman ako nirereplayan," he pouted.
"I like you, Michael." Ulit kong sambit sa kanya dahilan para mapatawa siya lalo.
After minutes of waiting, our order came. Two caramel macchiato. Tinanguan ko na lang ang food server at umalis na rin ito.
