Glish' POV

After naming mag-grocery at bumili ng kung ano-ano ay napag-desisyunan naming kumain ni mommy.

"Where'd you wanna eat, honey?" Mom asked as If she doesn't know how indecisive I am.

"Uhm kahit saan po, Ma" I answered habang palinga-linga sa paligid upang makapag-suggest ng kakainan.

"Oh, Let's go over there, then" Mom lead the way, so I follow her. I don't care where we're going, I just want to eat huhu.

"Good day, Madame! Welcome to Savory!" So my mom decides to eat here in Savory. I ordered wings with rice, also Lechon Macau and Chopsuey hehe meaty plus veggies! Mom only had Chami since she's still full! I wonder how?

"Do you need anything for your acads, honey? Mom asked as we sit on a vacant chair.

"None... I think?" I answered unsure. It's our first day, wala namang ginawa kanina bukod sa introduction ng subjects at prof.

"Well, our business is going strong and unti-unti nang nakakabawi galing sa bankruptcy. As it goes seamlessly, it makes us really busy, maraming nag-iinvest at marami rin ang mga pasaway kaya na-sstress kami ng daddy mo. Kanina nga'y may tumawag na nagkaroon nga ng problema sa isang franchise ng coffee shop, kaya't bukas makalawa ay aalis na ulit kami — With my peripheral vision, I saw some familiar figure. It makes my heart be filled with anger.

"Here's your order, Madame!" Nabalik sa wisyo ang aking kaisipan nang dunating na ang mga pagkain namin. Hindi ko na rin naintindihan ang iba pang sinabi ni mommy dahil sa nakita ko. Why should I bother tho?

"Do you understand, Glish?" After mailapag ng waiter ang mga pagkain ay itinuloy ni mama ang kaniyang kwento. Pardon, Madame?

"Uhm, yes. It's not a big deal, Ma. I can handle" I just used my common sense, cause for sure she's referring to my state.

"Just call us everytime you need something, okay?" I nodded then proceeds to eat. I'm hungry as hell.

Habang kumakain ako, I can't avoid looking at the restaurant in front of us. I saw that delivery guy with a girl. Seems like I met her somewhere before. They're literally my front view, my mother is seated infront of me, so she won't see. Are they dating? I wonder. They can make a good couple if ever. The girl is wearing a black sleeveless dress with that western face card, dang it could never decline. Why would I care? Anyways, Instead of using a fork, I grab the chicken with my hand. Just before I take a bite, my eyes slipped and saw that delivery guy is looking at me.

"Here, drink, eat slowly, honey. Maybe our business needs us, but we're not in a rush, okay." Mom offered me a water, wala namang laman yung bibig ko ih. I again look at that guy, He's still looking at me while smirking and shaking his head. See, I wasn't being delusional when I said that he's staring. The girl is nowhere to be found, maybe nag-cr? I don't care. I just rolled my eyes and continued to eat, I won't look at him again.

"You sure you have no more stuff to buy?" Tapos na kaming kumain at ngayon ay nasa parking lot.

"Yep, mi, all goods po" Nasa loob na kami ng kotse, si mommy ang magd-drive since I don't know how to. Maybe I need a license now?

"Alright, let's go" It's past 7pm, nagtagal pala kami sa loob ng mall. This is my fave part of the show; riding a car at night, passenger seated & the view of different establishments. Damn, city isn't bad after all.

Sa bawat alis namin, ito ang pinaka-paborito ko. It's not that I don't enjoy my family's company, but imagine the serenity it gives, the comfort you'll find in the night sky, those glowy stars, the moon, that playlist on the radio, the road, bridges, the deafening silence from a long tiring day, the way you're just there, seated and admiring everything. I believe in a passenger princess at night driving supremacy. Kapag ganito, literal na ayaw ko munang umuwi, gusto ko pang bumyahe, tuloy-tuloy ang usad, walang trapiko tapos gabi, It heals me.

"That guy seems familiar" Sa gitna ng pagmumuni-muni ko ay napalingon ako kay mama nang magsalita ito.

"Pardon, my?" I asked with my curious furrowed eyebrows.

"Nothing, honey, it's impossible" Humagikhik pa siya nang sinabi niya ang huling linya.

"Okay" I just shrugged my shoulder. Ibinalik ko na lamang ang tingin sa kawalan. I felt our car speed up, then it slowed, now my view was blocked by a car. Nasa right side ako kaya ang driver ng sasakyan na 'yon ang makikita ko. Our car isn't tinted, kaya't makikita niya ang pag-irap ko kung titingin man siya sa aking gawi. Suddenly, the driver really looked at my side, and to my surprise... What the hell? It was him with a girl in the passenger seat! Before I could even react, our car sped up, so we've now passed through their car.

Now, my meditation is ruined.
