The Mansion of House Roselei is lively. Today is the first birthday of the heir.
Blonde hair, blue, cute cheek and full of energy Charlotte Roselei in her mother's arms is enjoying the day.
"Happy Birthday my dear Charlotte" Beatrice sings in Charlotte ears sweetly, "Happy Birthday my baby~"
The song ends and the guests started clapping. Almost all of the people of the Noble realm were invited to the celebration of the heir of House Roselei.
Beatrice instructed baby Char to blow her candle and Charlotte did, and then stuff her hand in the cake and put it in her mouth.
The noble are in awe to the cuteness of the birthday celebrant and the Violins starts playing, inviting the guests to dance on the dance floor.
Before the second verse of the song started, the guests starts feeling the chill but raging mana around the House Roselei Manor.
The guards starts to surround the gates until...
"Nice party you have here, Charles-kun" a female voice said sitting in one of the tables, drinking. "I'm still thinking why you didn't pay a visit to my home in the past few months. I see... you're celebrating a birthday" she said and teleported next to Charlotte who look up at her immediately, "Celebrating this little cutie's first birthday, you should've invited me, I can give her a nice gift."
Beatrice take Charlotte away from from the mysterious girl. "Who are you!?" Beatrice said a Charlotte copied her.
"Ara-ara, looks like your husband didn't introduce me to you, that puts a pain here in my heart" the girl as she gestured to her heart. " I'm Darci Itzel, a runaway witch from the witch forest, I'm Charles-kun lover, Beatrice" Darci said as she introduced herself.
"What?..." Beatrice said and looked at Charles.
"Don't listen to her! We broke before our arrange marriage, sadly she got into an accident she made and fell into comma, It's been One and a half year since I've heard about her my love, don't listen her" Charles defended and glared at Darci. "What are you doing here Darci!?" Charles said and Darci smile dropped.
She snapped her fingers 3 times and then Charlotte was teleported into her arms. "Such a a beautiful girl" Darci looked at Charlotte observing her "blue eyes, blonde hair, strong mana. You got your parent's beautiful genes are you?" She continued and glared at Charlotte, making Baby Charlotte cry.
"Darci give me back my daughter, we can talk about this in private but please leave my child. She's innocent" Charles pleaded.
"Dada~" Baby Charlotte cried, calling her parents.
"This child, she will be so strong once she grow up, this mana within her, what is this dark thing in her soul?" Darci thought before she felt an eerie mana.
Darci throws Charlotte back to her parents and said, "We will wall talk soon again I guess" she said and she felt her hands sweated "But I will give her a gift"
"Don't! I know you Darci! Don't!!" Charles said as he readied his grimiore.
"On her Eighteenth Birthday, at exact 12:00 pm, she will lose control on her power. Her and you Charles and Beatrice will be trapped in a cage of time together with that thing inside of her"
Charlotte and Beatrice got confused at the second and opened their grimiore together with the other nobles in the are, ready to attacked Darci.
"In able to stop a curse, a man must stole her heart but" Darci smiled as she cast another spell "Ankoku sōsa mahō: Kage no sōsa" (Dark Manipulation Magic: Soul Manipulation)
Charlotte fell asleep immediately after the spell was casted that gives panic to everyone.
"What you have done to her you bitch" Charles said in rage and took the sword and rush to attack Darci and Darci stopped her on her one snap in her fingers.
"Don't worry Charles-kun she's exhausted about awakening the monster inside of her" Darci whispered to Charles and disappeared.
The guest started running as the demon looking creatures attacked the Capital, the Magic Knights arrives in the Capital, fighting and evacuating the people in the Capital.
However, Julius, the Captain of Grey Deer Squad go to the House Roselei Manor to checked up on them
"Julius" Charles said.
"Lord Roselei" Julius said and heard Beatrice cry on the second floor. "What happened?"
"Darci's awake and attacked the Capital, I want you capture her and bring her to me and make her lift the cursed she put on my daughter" Charles said with no emotion"
Julius eyes widen and heard Charles say "Ill eliminate her later"
"As you wish, Lord Roselei"
Darci on the other hand is shaking in fear and rage.
"What's that thing!! That bitch gives shivered to my core" she said as she slumped on her chair"
"I see, you've met σκιά"
"Magulicula" Darci said.
"I should've leave, I need to warn everyone in my world about the former Queen status, I need them to know they're alive and" Magicula said and touched Darci chest "you're no more use anymore Darci-chan~" Megicula said and Darci's chest exploded and Megicula took her heart.
"σκιά-sama, it's been 600 years"
