"It is, indeed," the third voice replied.

"Will you shut up? All you've ever cared about is money!"

"I'm only working with you because we used to be partners," the voice growled.

That's when Shikadi caught a glimpse of light reflecting off three red sharp things, Boruto and Sarada didn't notice though.

-----------------

The search for the three missing Genin wasn't going well. The news had spread across the whole village, and now all the Chunin were searching too, Academy classes had been canceled, and the Jonin stayed behind to protect the village.

The kids, including the other Genin, were only allowed to go outside for thirty minutes each day and there was always an adult who was supposed to watch them.

The entire village had been struck with fear of something worse happening, people tried to act calm and cool, but no one could hide their fear and worry.

"How are you so calm about this, Taka?" Himawari asked, "The whole village is on lockdown, my dad even had to create a curfew."

"I'm not calm okay?!" Takami accidentally scowled at her friend.

When she noticed the shock and slight fear on Himawari's face, she tried to calm herself down, "I'm sorry, Hima, I'm just really concerned right now."

"I know," Himawari nodded, "Everyone is."

------------

Sasuto hadn't let go of his brother since the news of Sarada's disappearance arrived.

"Sasuto, you can let go of me," Haru tried to get his brother off.

"No! I won't let you disappear too!" Sasuto argued.

Sakura sat on the sofa, watching the two, she was amused at Sasuto's sudden actions.

--------------

Takami went back to her house and sighed, "Shikadi..."

Suddenly a glimpse of black and red in Shikadi's room caught her attention.

She found a piece of cloth, it seemed to have gotten caught in the window and torn off someone's clothes.

"Black with a red cloud...why is that familiar?" Takami asked herself.

------------

"Mom, are they going to find Oni-san?" Himawari asked as she buried herself into her mother's arms.

"I'm sure someone will, and Sarada and Shikadi too," Hinata replied.

------------------

"Sasu, I'll be fine, you can let go of me," Haru was nearly begging.

"No!" Sasuto hugged tighter.

The two boys were making her giggle so much, Sakura nearly forgot about her worry.

"Haru!" Takami burst the door open.

"Huh? What is it Takami?" Haru asked.

"Sorry to interrupt, Ms. Sakura," Takami said, "But I need to steal Haru for a moment."

"You're gonna have to take Sasuto too," Haru muttered, "He won't let go of me."

Sakura nodded, she knew Takami well enough to trust her in a situation like this, "Just be back within the hour."

"Okay!" Takami nodded and dragged Haru off to her house, of course, Sasuto followed, still clinging on his brother.

When they arrived, Himawari was waiting, "Now that we're all here," she didn't question Sasuto, "What is it you had to tell us?"
