You're in his room
laying in his bed

everything smells like him
It's a sweet sour-ish smell with a mixture of burnt out campfire
but you don't hate it

Tau'ka has been quite in the bad mood since you've tried to run away
But you know he's still there
Carefully watching
You know even though you have your back turned to him

"what do you want?" you say "like I'm going anywhere?"

"this is my room" Tau'ka sighs "and I don't trust you alone after what you did"

You turn around to face Tau'ka 
"what makes you think I haven't learned from what you did to Rhett?"

"why is the ooman so important to you" Tau'ka says while tilting his head a little 

"He was there for me you know?" you sigh "could always rely on him"

"do tell more" Tau'ka says "I want to know more about you"

"well he I met him through kai" you say "he was there to pick me up before I got worse"

Tau'ka softens his gaze and nods 

"well it kinda went like this" you say "I just got home from my shitty job"

*flash back time* 

You're drunk beyond belief waddling through the streets 
You just finshed your delivery job at the local pizza place and spent all the tip money on beer

"fkn shit" you mumble as you struggle to stand up

You take a short break to lean against the wall to gain your footing 

"ay you ait?" a guy calls out 

"dafuq you want" you say before even looking who it is 

"ayo calm down" he puts his hand on your shoulder "it's me, fam"

You look up at the guy barely recognizing him trough your blurred vision
"Rhett?" you mumble "dafuq you doing here?"

"kai and me were looking all over for you, bud" Rhett says kinda worried "I just didn't expect it to be this bad"

"ah fu-" you try  say as you let out a load of puke on your shoes and the sidewalk

"let it all out, fam" rhett says as he slowly rubs your back "I'll just text kai that I got you"
Rhett takes a step aside to text as you unload your stommach

"just gotta know your limit you know?" Rhett says as he's typing away on his phone 

"yeah figured" you mumble as you wipe your mouth with you sleeve 

"now let's get you somewhere you can sleep off your buzz" Rhett says as puts away his phone 

"Please don't bring me home" you say as you stare at Rhett with big eyes "anywhere but to my mom"

"oh don't worry about that" Rhett chuckles "I'm taking you to my house my parents aren't home anyway" 

"thank God" you sigh in relief "I don't know what she'd do if she sees me like this"

"well let's go" Rhett says as tossing your arm around his shoulder 

after a short bit of walking you arrive at his house

"don't fall over eh?" Rhett says as he lets go of you to open the door 

"don't worry about it" you say while stumbling a little
