I've had a pretty shit day but it only gets worse from here, That's what they say right? The only good thing that has happened today is Neveah, My sweet bitter Neveah. She is someone who you should not cross paths with, well for a matter of a fact any of her friends should not be messed with, But lucky me My sister is their friends. My sister is a bundle of joy with legit only one braincell, see well I tolerate her because she gave birth to my favourite nephew (my only nephew, i hope anyway). My friends went for food earlier before meeting at the gym because I was doing the groceries, and guess where they went, you guessed it. the place where she works. I'm so sick of them meddling in my business.
I just got back from the gym and I'm all gross and sweaty so I'm headed to the shower. Before I can get in I hear the water already running from Zara's room which means she's in the shower, my fucking luck. Her bedroom and bathroom are across the hall so it doesn't take long to get there, I open her main door and then pound into the bathroom door "ZARA HURRY THE FUCK UP I WANT TO HAVE A HOT SHOWER TOO " a shriek can be heard from inside, that doesn't sound like Zara. the water stops and the door unlocks and low and behold the girl who lives rent free in my mind, standing only with a towel and with a scowl on her face. oh shit. "Next time be fucking patient Aaron" she spits.
someone's not happy how am i going to make it up. Ideas swirl in my head. "Now if you would move that would be greatly appreciated" I step aside without moving my face, Neveah walks out of the room and I know I've screwed up.

What a fucking shithead, I was enjoying that shower and he fucking ruined it. whatever. I pull some sort of shirt over my head and slide some of Zara's pregnancy sweats on. My hair is soaking so I pull it into a claw clip. I make it down stairs and sit next to my amazing best friend Valerie. She's got long dark brown hair, glowing brown eyes and luminous brown skin which makes me look like Casper. I love her family like my own, I learnt Spanish so I could gossip to her parents about her. Tonight's movie is sleeping beauty and Princess and the frog, we have a spread of all sorts of junk food. Chips, lollies, ice cream, chocolate covered strawberries and more. One day we are going to get diabetes I swear. I got bored of the movies quickly because I have a very short attention span. Valerie and I talk for a while, she making jokes after I comment on something that happened in the movie and we burst out laughing, which makes everyone start laughing our asses off. soon enough were rolling around on the ground holding our stomachs because it hurts. This takes me back to year 8 in pdh class when we were mucking around and we started laughing so hard we couldn't breathe, and then i hit my head on the table which made us laugh even more. ahhh the good old days.
We are now gossiping about some random shit, I don't think we even know what were talking abouts, sounds like gibberish. Thumps storm down the stairs which is like an elephant herd, Aaron looks half asleep while holding a crying Theo "sis I tried calming him down but he just won't stop crying" he looks so sad at the moment "I'll take him " we all said in union "One of you please" Sage gets up and takes him from his uncle, he says a silent thank you to us and heads back upstairs.
sage is baby talking to him and he's giggling, such a beautiful view. We all take turns holding and speaking with him, so by the time it's my turn he's already asleep. I carefully lay down with him in the middle and Valerie on one side and Zara on the other, sage is sitting in between my legs. It's very comfortable squished up all together.
I've practically fallen asleep and ended up with everyone on top me. Theo is baby snoring on my chest, Valerie is cuddled up on my right side, Zara on other side, Sage who is using my leg as a pillow and sleeping on them, there's a deep snoring coming from behind me. what in the fuckity fuck. slowly I turn my head just a small amount, Hair is draping over the edge pf the couch , and arm also hanging off the side. He must of came down last night after we'd gone to sleep because all the food is cleaned up, blankets and pillows have been put under our head and over us. My heart squeezes from a cuteness overload, not just from him but from everyone.
moments like these are my favourites. No outside distractions no annoying teachers or other people, just us in the present. No worrying about the future or past. My new favourite memory. We stay like this for a while but then the parents are making a racket in the kitchen ; a tradition we have on post movie night mornings are waffles, pancakes, eggs and a lot more basically an all you can eat buffet.
10am rolls around. were all quietly eating at the table eating our full plates or bowls. Mouths too full of yummy food to even talk. Breakfast is over and I have to go home, Valerie is coming home with me because we have a project to work. Stupid motherfucking school on a weekend. I don't have a game until later which just happens to be amazing and fits into my schedule. Game day traditions for everyone is to go to the games unless someone is sick. Me and Sage are the people who get cheered on and cheer for each other when were not playing. We have a system for who brings what. Me ; drinks and places to sit, Val ; food and umbrellas if needed (always in winter), sage ; Warm things like blankets, jumpers and more and finally Zee Zee ; Theo and anything medical related. Our system has worked for 4 years and it's truly amazing.
