Makima looked at the three teenagers with a disappointed look. Power, who is already wearing clean clothes, sulks and crossed her arms while Denji looked at the woman as he slouch his shoulders. You in the other hand quickly tell what happened and say sorry for what Power has caused this chaotic mess.

Makima who pouts, her hand supporting her head. "Killing a devil that a private Hunter's started to work on is obstruction business. Normally, you'd get arrested for it." She said calmly, even at this state Makima is still intimidating yet she look so gentle to the three teenagers.

"You have to think a bit more before you jump into action, Power." Makima scolded but Power only sulks. She then looks at Denji. "And Denji, you have to rein her in better. Same goes to you, Y/N. You are their senior afterall."

"Yes, I promise to look after them." You said, fixing your glasses. Denji shouted, complaining why is he also involved with Power's stupidity.

"Before you become a devilman you were a blood devil, so fighting using your blood is your speciality, but... You get excited by it. Maybe you aren't cut out to be a devil hunter?"

"NO WAY!" Power suddenly shouted (closer to your ear), she was sweating so much and also shakes violently. She clutched Denji's sleeve and points him. "Today, he is the one that said to kill it! You can ask that human right there!" She said pointing at you.

"Say what?!" Both you and Denji said. "Y/N won't say that to you, she's literally an angel! And I did not say that, too. No way, no how!"

"It is not a lie! They said it! That girl even said to crush it using my blood hammer!"

"I most certainly did not say that to you, Power!" You shouted at her. "Stop gaslighting us!"

"Yeah, what she said! Makima, this devil's a damn dirty liar! I'm gonna arrest you!! Slander and character something or other are crimes, asshole!" Denji shouted but it got you confused when he said the last part.

Power violently shook her head. "False! They said to do it! Devils do not lie! Humans are the only one who lie!"

"Can you be quiet?" Makima finally said making Power stopped and looked away. "Y-Yes."

"Huh..?" Denji let out a confused look while you stayed quiet. "Excellent. Honestly, I don't care who started this. I want to see the three of you get results. Think you can show that to me?"

"I will!! I-I'll show you!" Power quickly said leaving Denji more confused.

You heard the cat mewl at you, leaning it's body to your leg. Power noticed this and grabs the cat with outmost care.

"Just drinking juice's like like a dream come true for me. But if this sorta shit shows keeps happening, I might not even get to drink juice anymore?" Denji said. "This's why there's no workin' with a lyin' woman..." He said directly to Makima.

She leaned her face closer to cat. "I can only get along with cats. I hate humans! Not because they did anything to me. It's just devil's instinctual sort of hatred."

"For an immature person, you sure have big words in your pocket." You said, sipping loudly.

"And I also hate devils. Because devils kidnapped my pet nyako!"

You and Denji looked at Power who stands up, holding the cat. Her eyebrows furrowed and look like she was gonna kill the demon who stole her cat. "Before I could get nyako back, I was caught by Makima. It might already have been killed, but I haven't given up."

"You must love that cat, huh?"

"If I can get my Nyako back from that devil, then I'll do anything. Even allying with humans! One such as you two likely cannot comprehend the feelings I harbor towards cats."

Denji scoffed. "A cat? Paaathetic." He mocked which you look at him. Denji noticed it and cough. "But if it's to feel some breasts, then I can do anything."

You couldn't help but to roll your eyes at him. He can be an idiot sometimes— scratch that. He's always an idiot.

"...To be expected, there is no understanding humans."

"Mhm. Though if it was a dog, I might understand it a bit."

"If you retrieve nyako from that devil, I shall let you feel my breasts."

"Say what now?!" You suddenly shouted, flabbergasted with that kind of agreement. "You can still get your cat without that kind of agreement—"

"... A dirty, damned devil!" You looked at Denji with your jaw dropped. "Ah."

"What the fuck, Denji?" You whispered and soothed your forehead. Already done with their shit.

"Kidnapped an innocent cat! Hmm?!" He walk towards to Power and lean closer to the fiend who look at Denji, shocked. "That's unfuckin'-forgivable!"

"Ohh!!" That's the exact reaction of Power. "As a devil hunter, I ain't allowin' it!"

"Yes!!"

"I'll fuckin' murder that devil! You with me, Y/N?!"

"Do I even have a choice?" You said with a poker face.

The three of you headed back from the Headquarters per Power's request since she can't go out without any permission.

The man approved as long that Power will come back by 5pm. So the journey begins!

"I know where the devil that kidnapped Nyako is! The problem is you're the one who can fight. The other one... I don't care." You glared at her, you were really offended by it. "You don't have to slap it to my face, Power."

"Oh sorry didn't quite hear you." She said, clearly mocking you. You rolled your eyes and looked away from her.

Denji looked directly at Power's boobs. He has the urge to grab and squeeze it, but he must stop himself or he wont getting it.

"...I had this pet devil I was keeping. Called 'im Pochita. I can't pet him anymore, but s'all good, 'cause he's livin' in on here—"

"Human's are sure foolish."

"Foolish for missing someone?" You butted in, annoyed. Same goes for Denji who has a scowl on his face.

"That just means Pochita's dead, right? If he's dead, he's not living. Saying he's in your heart's just a pathetic consolation."

Denji looked at Power then to her breast again. He didn't quite understand what Power meant so he just went with it.

'Ain't no way I'm ever gonna get along with her. I just wished Y/N's the one who offer me to touch her boobs...'
