Ash : as you know that the region's doesn't connect with PLA, I decided to build my own organization of security, the Galactic Republic, this organization is created to protect peace and justice in the world, and they have P-team, these team of the Republic created to save the Pokemon, so in Titarion region, before you guys battling Gym leaders, Frontier brains, Elites, and me, P-team will check your Pokemon if they have drugs or not, if they don't have drugs, your free to battle, but if they have drugs, you will be disqualified... Also 3 months later there will be Titarion league, and whoever win this, he will become the champion of Titarion league, and then he will battle my elite 4 and me, have a nice day. *as Ash and his elites goes back to the hall as everyone cheers* With Ash's friends Gladion : did I just hear it correct ?
