"Fuck," Astrid grumbled as she was struggling to walk with her dress. "Why the fuck are we even required to wear dresses?" Astrid complained, followed by Nayeon.
"I don't get it too." "See?" "Ugh!" She shouted in annoyance, giving up on her long dress and heels.
"Please don't tell me I'm the only one who finds this suspicious," Astrid said and turned around to face the girls. Lisa gave Astrid a weird look and motioned her to elaborate on what she was trying to say.
"I mean, Dad, seriously? Gathering all of us just for Lunch," Astrid mocked, fixing her hair.
"I feel like there's danger, to be honest," Danielle sighed and looked at her friends.
"Me too, there's just something off about it."

"Hello Father," Astrid bowed at her Father, followed by Jaehyun.
"Hello, my Children," Myunghwa, their Father greeted them.
Waiting for the chairs to be filled, Astrid and Yangyang shared a look with each other-Astrid closed her eyes in concentration as she could feel a laugh creeping up her throat.
"Don't laugh." Yangyang mouthed.
Taking notice of this, Kun smacked Yangyang on his arm, making him hiss at the sudden impact of the elder.
Myunghwa lifted a glass of wine and a knife, slightly patting the glass with the knife which created a loud noise.
"I have called every one of you here to have a family-friend Lunch," Myunghwa began
"In honour of the Royal Ville, I am proud to announce that both of my children will soon take the throne of me and my wife," Myunghwa smiled, intertwining his hand with Iseul, Jaehyun and Astrid's Mother.
Several claps were heard as Myunghwa announced it.
"I would also like to thank Kun, Yangyang, Sicheng and Hendery for guiding my Daughter."
"It's an honour, Your Highness," Sicheng replied with a slight bow.
A smile formed on Myunghwa's lips and nodded.
"Let's dig in, shall we?"
The room was full of laughter as Astrid and Yangyang were joking around, along with the girls. Well, they can say that Yangyang and Astrid are the closest among her guards-Maybe because they're the ones who are close to each other's age.
"You know, because of your closeness I could mistake the both of you as a couple," Hendery said, his face forming into a disgusted expression.
"What if we are though?" Yangyang joked, wiggling his brows at her as he received a smack from Astrid.
"Shut up." She laughed and stuffed her mouth with the delicious food that was prepared just for them to eat.
"Now that you've mentioned that, does anyone here involved in any romantic things?" Myunghwa asked, immediately the room becoming silent.
"Like a girlfriend or boyfriend..." Myunghwa added, watching as no one dared to speak.
"I don't think anyone's interested in those things Dad," Astrid laughed.
"Hm, what about you Kun?" At the sudden question, Kun started choking on his food immediately after Astrid offered him a cup of water which he accepted and drank.
"Water?" Astrid panicked, while Kun mouthed a thank you and chugged the water.
"I'm sorry," Kun coughed while fixing himself up.
"I'm not into those yet, Your Highness."
"Hm," Myunghwa nodded.
20 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿--
"Fuck," Donghyuck hissed, his left arm covering the wound on his shoulder. "Why can't these people- just let me leave for fucks sake," Donghyuck muttered, peeking over to the side only to see the same 3 guards that has been chasing him.
"There he is!" "Catch him!" "Don't let him escape us, go!"
"Oh you got to be fucking with me," Donghyuck irritatingly said before running away.
"Excuse me- excuse me, get out of the way!" Donghyuck shouted, immediately the people in the village stepping away from the road to let the Vampire boy run.
By luck not being by his side, he ran into a young girl who was carrying a box of apples.
"Shit," Donghyuck muttered and started to panic. "I'm sorry-" Donghyuck said, stepping a few steps forward before lifting his hand and using his powers to lift the apples back up.
"Hey, you!" Donghyuck glanced behind him and saw the guards running towards him with swords.
Donghyuck glanced back at the little girl who stood in front of him with wide eyes.
Donghyuck sent her a wink before running away.
"That troublemaker," One of the guards gritted his teeth.
Catching their breaths, The guards lost the young vampire.
"Where is he?" One of the guards said, standing up to look around.
"Looking for me?" Donghyuck sent them a smile while he stood on the cliff.
"There he is!"
"Sayonara assholes," Donghyuck winked before letting himself fall on the cliff.
"Grab him- fuck!" One of the guards cursed and watched how Donghyuck fell into the ocean.
"Fucking Vampire kid."
