Wild blinked feeling strangely energized despite barely waking up. Yawning he got out of bed and headed to the shower not bothering to look in the mirror he closed the curtains. Drying his body. Wild pulled out his home clothes an oversized black long-sleeved shirt and stockings sitting at his desk he pulled out his hygiene products and other related things and started his daily self-care routine taking his time to pamper himself. He blinked seeing a person in the mirror turning his head he saw no one looking back at the mirror he saw her a woman she was kind looking motherly in a sense and she was looking directly at him

My child

She mouthed Link blinked unable to look away and unable to do anything else.

Listen to me my child you are in danger you must head to camp now tell your father the dove cries.

She vanished and Link finally got control over his body back. "Dad!" He shouted. Loud footsteps sounded from the hallway as Mark burst throw the door with a kitchen knife in his hand ready to fight to save his child "Flower!, don't scare me like that" Mark said relaxing. "Dad...the dove cries" Mark froze tensing immediately and held his flower close. "She told you" Link nodded not sure who she is but understanding enough to know this was serious.

"We're not safe here what else did she say?" Mark asked "She said to...take me to camp...Daddy, what's camp?" Mark held Link closer "I thought we would have more time. But it appears not. Flower, I will tell you everything on the trip. But first, we must pack up and leave quickly at most we have today and maybe until nine tomorrow say goodbye to your friends because you may never see them again."

Link slipped on his shoes and rushed out the door rushing to Urbosa and Riju's home. He pounded at the door unable to calm himself. "Urbosa, Riju, wake up!" He shouted. "Please this is urgent!" The door opened to reveal urbosa in her sleepwear. "Wild?" She asked voice still hoarse with sleep "I need to tell you something get Riju."

Link sat opposite Urbosa and Riju a tense aura around them. "I...I...I'm moving today and it's gonna happen soon" He said. "Link why tell us now and not sooner?" Riju asked hurt. "Something has come up and now I and my dad are in danger we -might- no will get killed if we stay past today," Link said softly. Urbosa stood up and hugged him. "I understand little dove but please stay safe," She said patting his hair. Link broke down crying into Ubrosas shoulder. Riju soon joined the hug and the three of them stood together for a few more minutes. "You should go now Link make sure to stay safe," Urbosa said "Right. Goodbye Urbosa, Riju may we meet again"

10 hours have passed since then and Link and His dad were in the middle of their flight to New York when they started to experience turbulence.

Passengers at this time we are experiencing turbulence please fasten your seatbelts until further notice

The pilot said. Everyone buckled in, Link held his dad's hand worried that this was an attack of some kind. "It's okay my flower your mother is protecting us," Mark said kissing the top of Link's head. "Okay, I trust you, daddy," Link said softly still scared. Closing his eyes he let out a soft hum.

The sound of engines dying woke Link up. "We landed already?" He asked softly voice a little rough from sleep. "Come now flower we don't have much time," Mark said grabbing Link's hand and hurrying to get off the plane. "Daddy, what happened?" Mark stayed silent but held Link closer "Someone on that plane isn't Human," He said. Bringing his fingers to his lips he let out a piercing whistle. A cab soon pulled up next to them. Link and Mark shoved their lunge into the trunk. "Long Island Sound please" The driver nodded and speed off.

"Is he still following us?" Link asked softly. "Yes but it's kept its distance so we can assume it is just stalking us." Mark said rubbing Link's shoulder "you'll be safe once you're in camp, but keep your Mothers identity a secret she'll claim you when you're ready," Mark said moving Link closer to him "I can't follow you into camp you'll have to be on your own until your strong enough to protect yourself" Link froze upon hearing those words he never spent an extended period of time away from his father. "Don't worry we'll see each other soon stay strong for me my flower" Mark said.

The car was launched into the air

"Ugh," Link groaned his ears ringing sharply. "Link get up" Mark said pulling Link out of the wreckage "Daddy? What...what happened?" He asked. "We've been attacked and it isn't some kind of low monster it's the Minotaur" Mark lifted Link and ran into the woods. "I thought Mother was protecting us," Link said "Why is the Minotaur after us?" Mark didn't answer. "Stay quiet he has excellent senses of hearing and smell but he has poor eyesight and can't change direction easily we'll use that to our advantage" Mark whispered barely audible over the soft thump of his footsteps. "Once you're at camp you stay hidden I'll lead him away from camp."

"But daddy, how can you protect yourself against that" Link pointed to the Minotaur charging at them "I'm more than just a pretty face ma chère, I can protect myself" Mark said his native tongue slipping for a moment. "Watch out!" Link swung to the left toppling them both narrowly avoiding the Minotaur's horns "I can help daddy please don't get yourself hurt" Link insisted "I'm sorry but this is something I must deny you, your safety is what matters most to me" Mark grabbed Links hand and pulled Link away from the Minotaur. "Run camp is directly in front of you, go now!" He shouted "Hey stupid Bull" the Minotaur growled at the insult "Yeah that's right you dim-witted beast come at me" He shouted provoking the Minotaur.

Charging Mark dodged out of the Minotars way letting it get stuck in another tree. "What are you doing go run!" He shouted to Link. Nodding Link ran for the camp border tears running down his face.
