"So you and Ji-Hye are going on your 5th date tonight right? And y'all still haven't kissed yet? What's the hold up?" Felix asked Han as they were clothes shopping. "We are just taking it slow, I mean it's not like nothing has happened. We hold hands and she always kisses my cheek when I drop her off. But I think I am going to kiss her tonight before I drop her off. Is it weird to plan it ahead of time like that?" Han scrunched up his face in embarrassment from even asking Felix about it. Felix giggled at seeing Han so flustered and then said "It's fine Han, she obviously likes you a lot if she keeps going out with you so don't worry so much and just have fun on your date ok? Kiss her whenever the time feels right, I was just teasing you." Han held hands with Ji-Hye as he walked her home after their date. They got to her building and began talking in front of her door. "I had a great time tonight, but then again I always have a great time with you Jisung." Ji-Hye said as she batted her eyelashes. Han thought 'Oh geez this is it. She's expecting a kiss, I can tell. I kept putting it off before because the moment didn't feel right but I feel like if I don't do it now she will be upset thinking there's something wrong with her and all the guys will tease me and ask me questions.' Han, feeling pressured from all directions, quickly leaned down and kissed Ji-Hye. There was absolutely no spark. Han felt like he was kissing his sister. It wasn't that the kiss was bad, he just didn't feel anything like he thought he would. After their short kiss and goodbyes she went in her building. Han stood there on her doorstep for a second thinking 'Maybe it will be better next time?'
All the members were at Han's dorm eating together after they finished practicing. "So? You and Ji-Hye?...Have you kissed her yet?" Seungmin asked trying to be coy at first before giving up. Han's eyes got wide at the sudden question. "Hey he doesn't have to tell you! That's private." Felix said in Han's defense. "Private shmivate, come on! I told you I am living vicariously through you!" I.N. chimed in. "Yes. I did kiss her." Han said frankly. Gasps and giggles could be heard across the room. "And?" Hyunjin asked. "And what?" Han replied. "Well how did it go? Did you like it? Did she seem to like it?" Hyunjin asked excitedly. "Geez y'all are nosey, if he wanted to tell you about it, he would. Don't feel pressured to share anything Han, they are a bunch of weirdos." Felix said. Always could count on Felix to stand up for his friends. "You are making us sound like a bunch of perverts, we just wanna know how it went." Seungmin said. "She seemed to like it." Han said nervously. "You dog!" Changbin yelled teasing. "That's my boy!" Chan yelled. "I expected nothing less from our man Han." said I.N. Lee Know didn't say a word and just continued to eat during the whole discussion. Han went on more dates with Ji-Hye in the next couple weeks and still nothing when they kissed. Han thought she was a nice girl but the truth was obvious, he just wasn't attracted to her no matter how hard he tried to be. He decided he needed to end things with her but he just didn't know how. He was sitting with her at a coffee shop near her apartment when she said "So there's this fashion show thing I really want to go to but it's like a 3 hour drive and a two day thing so I would have to stay overnight in a hotel." "But you love fashion shows, you should still go." Han said. "Yeah... but I don't really want to go alone... maybe you could come with me?" Ji-Hye asked not so subtly. Han's eyes got big as he asked "You want me to go? With you? To stay overnight?"
"Yes?" Ji-Hye said nervously. Han gulped. Han wanted to break up with her not go away for a weekend. Just then Han's phone buzzes and it's Lee Know calling. "Oh I'm sorry I should take this, I will be right back." Han said as he practically ran to the bathroom with his phone. "Hey Han, I hope you aren't busy but even if you are I won't keep you long. My mom and dad rented this lake cabin for all of us to go fishing and spend time together during our time off this weekend but they both came down with the flu. Everyone else seems to have plans so I wanted to know if you would like to come with me. If not I will just be going out there by myself." 'Yes! An excuse not to go with Ji-Hye!' Han thought. "Yes! I will go with you!" Han replied a little too excitedly. "Oh! Ok! Uh I will text you with the details, bye." Lee Know said before hanging up the phone. "Is everything alright?" Ji-Hye asked as soon as Han got back to the table. "Oh yeah, it was just Lee Know asking me to go fishing with him at a lake for the weekend. His parents and him rented it but they got sick so he asked me." Han said. "And you told him no right?" Ji-Hye asked. "No... was I supposed to?" Han asked. "Well I already asked if you wanted to come with me to the fashion show this weekend." She said. "But if I don't go with Lee Know, he will be all by himself at the cabin." Han said. "And if you don't go with me, I will be all by myself." Ji-Hye said clearly getting more aggravated. "Come on Jisung, it's him or me?" She asked. Han looked around not knowing what to say. "I have already been feeling you distancing yourself from me, if you seriously pick fishing with your friend over staying overnight with your girlfriend then I'm done." Ji-Hye said frustratedly. Han didn't have to say anything, she could tell by Hans expression that his choice had already been made. "Goodbye Jisung, I see where your loyalties lie. Have a nice life." Ji-Hye said as she got up and left.
