intro;

None of the old stuff on my profile is good - let's be clear. And I'm thankful that it's all in Slovak so that only a small portion of people can actually read what I wrote in middle and high school, lmao. Bless old Tia, but gurl, that writing ain't it.

I don't think I plan on rewriting and translating those stories, but who knows? Maybe if I get a spark of motivation or if I run out of new ideas for new stories. I actually unpublished most of my old books. Besides 2 of them, which are the ones, I see the greatest potential in - and MIGHT get rewritten and translated. If interested, here is an idea of what they were about:

• Princess of Surgontia
Surgontia, a union of six kingdoms, is awaiting the oldest heir of their sick king to take the throne and be the leader they need. However, many aren't too fond of the idea a woman is to take the crown.

The kingdoms are anxious about the future as one of the kingdoms is filled with dark magic, and people fear its creatures are planning a war. But little do they know, Kate, the soon-to-be-queen, is hiding a secret that could tear them apart - she may not be entirely human either.

In the style of Disney's Brave and Frozen, a tale of a princess and her sister. With the sprinkle of casual misogyny alongside fantasy politics with threats of war in the air.

• Ignite; the Inheritance Cycle
When Beth gets magically transported into the world of (Christopher Paolini's) Alagäesia, she expects her bookworm dream to come true. With the kingdom at peace, five years after the villain was defeated, she discovers that... she is now the main threat?

She ends up on a run hunted by her favorite book characters, with a stolen dragon egg alongside a stranger who may or may not be a murderer. While she tries to find a way home, she discovers that there are plans for her. And this all may have been planned.

Isekai OC fanfiction before I even knew what Isekai was. On top of that, the story might be un-revivable since who tf even remembers Eragon nowadays? lol

new books;

So what am I planning? I always get hyped when I start planning something. Just need the motivation. On top of that, 2023 will be extremely busy for me as it's my final year of Uni, and after that, I got plans for some huge irl stuff. So do not expect to get everything at once ;) The same goes for graphics and other stuff.

The best way to get things sooner is to let me know if something sparked your interest! That way, I know what to prioritize. For now, I have 2 books in mind. Both have been worked on for a while, but I'm not finalized with the version I'm putting on Wattpad + translation is needed. But here is the idea of what they'd be about:

• The Dawn of Dragons
There are two realms divided by a magical barrier. Solaris - the realm of the sun, ruled by spirits; and Astéria - the realm of the moon, ruled by dragons. Hundreds of years ago, dragons crossed the border of their realm and started ruling over both worlds. Their popularity made spirits jealous beginning the war of gods that resulted in genocide.

After the war, the dragons were gone, and an Order of the most powerful mages of Astéria was created to rule and keep the realm together even without their gods. But their main goal was to find a way to make the dragon eggs hatch - they were unable to without the magic of dragons. Decades later, one member of the Order was able to hatch a dragon egg. Unfortunately, the Order was not happy. They became obsessed with their power and knew that if dragons were to return, they would lose everything.

But before they could get rid of the dragon, Aylin, the main character, took the hatchling. With his magic, they opened the portal in the barrier and escaped to Solaris. That's when the Spirits smelled fresh dragon blood.

The story starts about 3 years later when Aylin is trying to nurture the dragon to be able to return and overthrow the corrupt government. While hiding from the Spirits who want to kill them and continue the war - this time attacking Astéria to become gods of both worlds.

This story is actually being written twice. The first version is my Uni finals work! It's in the form of a movie script (since I study film and screenwriting), so this version will take much more work than just translating. But I think it will be worth it :)

• [some kind of Chronicles]
Doesn't have a title yet, nor anything was written down, lol. But I've been "working" on this story for a reallyyy long time in something you may recognize as borderline "maladaptive daydreaming", haha. After some digging around, it is basically Isekai (yes, here I learned about it and honestly love it)

A group of friends magically appears in a strange, new world behind a mirror. A kingdom from a period that can easily resemble medieval times - with the exception that magic is real. A young king, fascinated by their knowledge and story, takes them in and promises to help them find a way back home.

But when magic is punishable by death, finding the witch that brought them here is more challenging than it seemed. The group, now stuck in an unknown world, has to survive all its threats, while the main character is starting to fall in love with the place and possibly the young king. And when she gets a taste of magic, going back home to her loving family doesn't seem as crucial anymore. However, she has no idea how much this is going to change her life and the lives of the people she cares about...

This would be a pretty big story following the main character and people close to her across many years. A story filled with magic, family, love, death, betrayal, politics, and adventure. I've been playing around with this for about two years, and it evolved so much. If I'm able to put it properly into a book, I think it would be exciting to read :)

graphics;

Creating book covers (and similar types of graphics) is something I used to be known for back in the day. I still actively create, mostly professionally, but I would like to post here as well. Might revive my "lilac graphics" book as my portfolio.

I am also actively looking for some fun graphic challenges/contests - especially the kind that also gives you feedback. I might open one myself, but that will be very time-consuming for me, so I'm unsure.

I also plan on doing a book cover giveaway where the winner gets a free Wattpad book cover from me! So keep an eye out for that.

book club;

Book clubs! These weren't that common back in the day, or at least I haven't really come across any of these on the Slovak-Czech side of Wattpad. But I absolutely love the idea since feedback is the best this platform can provide.

I'm looking to join one and will most likely create one later. So if you'd be interested in a fantasy-focused book club, just know, it's in the works :] The same goes the other way - if you know any good book clubs, let me know.

outro;

Let me know what you think and if anything caught your attention :)

Either way, thank you for reading! I'll be back soon with updates on "The Dawn of Dragons" - already working on a pretty cool book cover, so make sure to put this book in your library to not miss it :D
