Regret

"August stop." I giggled slightly as he tickled my neck with his lips.

Yes, I took him back because I knew that I wouldn't be able to get over him, and I'm pregnant with his child.

I'm still pissed at him but I've been cool. "What you gon do?" I giggled a bit more as he continued.

I hoped out of the bed and slipped on some leggings and a sports bra. I threw a hat on over my bed hair.

"I'm goin to Dunkin Donuts." He looks me up and down. "Not like that your not." I roll my eyes.

It's my body, it's not like I'm having sex with the random guys on the street.

He rolls his eyes. "Fine." I laugh and grab my phone and keys. "Bye!"

I hop into my car and speed off toward Dunkin Donuts.

As I walk in all the guys turn around to stare. I feel their eyes trace my body. Perves.

I order what I'm ordering and as I stop to get a straw I drop my napkins.

Some tall lightskin picks them up for me. "Here ya go ma." I smile. "Thanks." He's really good looking.

"Wait!" I turn back around and I catch his eyes on my ass for a second.

"Yea?" He scratched the back of his neck.

"Uhh I was wondering if I could get your number? You know, just to chill."

I think it over. "Sure." We switch phones and say our goodbyes.

He holds the door open for me and walks me to my car. "Bye..." "Melvin." I nod. "Bye Melvin."

I hop in my car and speed home. "I'm back!" I run up the stairs to see August on the bed with his phone.

"Finally, had a n*ggas ribs showing." I rolled my eyes. "Exaggeration." I hand him his food and drink.

I throw my flip-flops off and jump into bed next to him. He turns on the TV and we eat in comfterable silence.
