Noelle was sitting in the great hall. She saw how the first years were looking at her.

Draco sat down and smiled. "They're all talking about the pretty blonde girl who looks like she could melt ice."

"Really?"

"Do you want to tell me what's going on? I mean you have always been heartless. It's a family trait. But there's something off about you. You know that you can tell me. I am your brother," Draco said.

Noelle smiled. "You don't need to worry. I am fine," she said as Draco nodded.

They looked to see Chloe Potter as she walked into the great hall. She was arguing with Harry.

Noelle looked to her brother. She smirked. "You like her."

"She's a friend," Draco said.

Noelle looked to him and smiled. "So...she's pretty. No wonder that you like her."

"Be nice. I know what a bitch that you can be," Draco told her. 

"Why don't you go fuck yourself? You waste of cum," Noelle said.

Draco took a sip of his juice. "And I thought father was a cunt," he said as Chloe walked over and sat with them.

"Hi Draco," she said as Noelle laughed.

She looked to see her brother turn bright red and chuckled. "You must be Chloe. I have heard all nice things. I'm the nice sibling," Noelle said as

Draco chuckled. "Are you taking the fucking piss. She's far from nice. Anything she says ignore her," he said.

Chloe looked to Noelle and smiled. "Nah. She's not too bad. I can tell," she said as Noelle smiled.

It was a genuine smile that she hadn't given in years.

Noelle stood out in the courtyard. She frowned as she heard someone. "Oh sorry," she said as she saw Remus.

He stood a few yards from her. He was just watching her for a moment. "Don't be. How are you Noelle? I know that things haven't been easy at Hogwarts for you," he said. 

Noelle shrugged and sighed. "I'm okay." 

Remus nodded. "Of course you are. You're strong. I can see that. I want you to know I may be your professor. But I am here. And if you ever want anyone to talk too. I am here," he said as he turned around and walked away.

Noelle stood in shock looking after him and frowned.

She didn't understand just why he was being so nice to her. No one ever was nice to her.

Noelle walked into her dorm. She saw Chloe. "Hey...apparently there is overcrowding. And we have to share. Are you okay with that?" Chloe asked.

Noelle smiled.  "Sure. I like you unlike any one else. What's going on with you and my brother?" She asked as she sat on her bed.

Chloe smiled. She shook her head. "Nothing. We're friends," she said as she sat on the bed and looked to Noelle.

Noelle knew how things were. She how hard that she was finding things. But could she cope with it all or would it all just become too much?

Especially as family secrets were to be revealed.
