𝟯. 𝗜 𝗔𝗺 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂

Noelle knew how things at Hogwarts hadn't been easy. She knew how everyone basically avoided her. And she hated it. She knew it was hard.

She knew that she was keeping secrets that were better off kept hidden then revealed.

Noelle stood reading a letter off of her mother. Chloe walked into the dorm. "Hey. Are you okay?" Chloe asked.

Noelle looked to her and smiled.  "I'm okay. My head is a mess. But I am okay," she said.

Chloe nodded. "I know that you don't like to get close to anyone. But I am here. If you want to talk," she told her.

Noelle smiled. "I appreciate it. There's just some stuff I can't really talk about. But that's okay," she said.

Chloe nodded. "I get that. I don't like talking about my brother. And being compared to as the other Potter. It's not easy. But I am here if you do want to talk," she said.

Noelle smiled. "Thanks. So what is exactly going on with you and my brother? Do you like him?" She asked as she looked to her.

Chloe blushed. "We're just friends."

"Hmm. If you say so."

"What about you? Is there no one you like?"

"Not at all. They're all little boys. Besides I have too much going on to think about a relationship or anything like it," Noelle said as Chloe looked to her and nodded.

Noelle knew how she had let Chloe in. And how it was such a big deal for her to do. She knew it scared her.

Noelle sighed as she sat in detention. She had been caught hexing Ron Weasley. She was annoyed at it. She looked as Remus walked into the room and looked to him.

"I gathered you don't want me to report you to Snape. We do need to talk about your behaviour. I know that you are going through a hard time. I know how things aren't easy. But you can't lash out all the time. I know it's hard. But I want you to know that I am here for you," Remus told her.

Noelle sat there. She looked to him and smiled. She knew how no one usually cared for her. Apart from her mother. And it felt nice to know that Remus cared.

She knew that it was hard and she didn't know what to think. She was scared. She knew she wanted thinks to be okay. But it scared her to know that someone cared for her.

Noelle walked back into the common room and sighed. She knew how her head was a mess and it wasn't easy.

She knew that things weren't easy. She she knew that she felt confused about things.

She looked up to see Draco as he walked in. He smiled as he walked over to Noelle. "I heard you hexed Weasley."

"I did. He shouldn't piss me off," Noelle said with a shrug.

"Well. You did a good job," he said as Noelle smirked.

Noelle had no idea just how her life was about to change and it was done to Remus Lupin.

She had no idea how things weren't going to be the same again.
