A/N: I'm sorry. I'm really trying my best here, but life has not been easy. I'm finally trying to get more into a routine and consistency around my busy schedule, but also I COULD USE YOUR HELP. Comment and let me know what you'd like to see. Who from the seasons would you like to see in the show even though Jack and Elizabeth are still together? Should Lucas come to town and still create the Queen of Hearts? Should Hope Valley as its growing and the railroad in town recruit another Mountie meaning that Nathan Grant and Allie still come to town? Would y'all like to see either Please let me know who else you want to see in the story. Please give me any ideas you may have. I'll credit you for the idea should I use it.

It was the next day; a rainy yet beautiful day in Hope Valley. Since today was Saturday, there was no school. Elizabeth was in Abigail's Cafe helping her run things. Abigail was in the process of hiring for the cafe with the increase in business from all the railroad workers on top of the residents of Hope Valley. Even with Abigail, Elizabeth, and even Clara helping in the Cafe, it was the busiest business in town.

Jack was walking down the main street of town as he finished his afternoon rounds. Today was a quiet day for Hope Valley. Jack was just about to enter the jail house to finish some paperwork. He took one last look towards town.

"Mountie Jack!" Robert exclaimed.

"Hi Robert. Is everything okay?" Jack replied.

"Everything is fine. I was just wondering when you had time for me to interview you," Robert asked.

"Actually, right now would be perfect. I have some paperwork I need to attend to, but you'd be more than welcome to come into the jail house with me and i'll answer any questions you may have," Jack replied.

Robert followed Jack into the jailhouse and as Jack sat at his desk, Robert sat across from him.

Jack placed a piece of paper and a pen in front of Robert.

"Mountie Jack, what made you want to become a mountie?" Robert opened.

"Growing up, my father was a mountie. He was so fearless and brave. All the mounties in the North West Mounted Police knew who he was for his heroic acts. When my father was killed in the line of duty, I knew the best way to honor him was for me to become a mountie as well," Jack explained, "On top of that, it also helps me feel close to him."

"Have you ever considered leaving the mounties to pursue another career?"

"When I first joined the mounties, yes, but after all these years of being in the mounties. I know it's my destiny to be a Mountie. Now, I couldn't imagine working as anything else."

"What do you like most about being a mountie?"

"The adrenaline and that no two days are the same. Also, ever since i've been a kid i've always loved solving mysteries. Being in the mounties is all about problem solving and investigations. I quite enjoy it."

Robert kept asking the questions and ask mountie jack continued his paperwork, he kept answering Robert's questions.

"Last question: Can I try on your red jacket? I want to become a mountie one day."

"I'm happy to hear you're interested in becoming a mountie. I think you would make a great mountie one day. Sure, Robert."

Jack stood up before taking off his red surge jacket and hands it to Robert for him to try it on.

"It looks good on you, Robert."

"Thank you Constable Jack," Robert answered as he took of Jack's red surge coat and handed it back to him, "Also, thank you for your time."
Robert removed Mountie Jack's red surge jacket and handed it back to him.
