The characters who were present at the resort learned from the cast of Madagascar about Alex being kidnapped. They also knew about Vendetta and feared that one of them might be attacked again. Everyone was wondering what to do.

Kitty Softpaws - What are we going to do now? At any moment they can attack or kidnap.

Lara Croft - But why did Vendetta kidnap I.M.P? And the other one kidnapped Alex? Why did these characters have such a fate? There are much more powerful characters like Diablo or Malthael. 

John, who was being treated by Mercy, guessed why, as he had previously fought Vendetta and learned about their plans from him. He decided to let them know.

John - They did it out of revenge. They came here mainly to take revenge on us for Oscar's death. And because it was thanks to me and Gia that he died, they decided to start with us. They wanted to destroy our psyche and that's why Vendetta kidnapped I.M.P because he knew I was attracted to Loona.

Everyone remembering the fight with Oscar knew that John was right. He was the one with the gold ring that flew down Oscar's throat by an arrow fired from Gia's crossbow.

Gia - John is right. I remember that proud moment too, but memories later. Now we have to save Alex.

Maya - And do you know which of these hunters kidnapped him?

There was a momentary silence. All the Madagascar cast saw were golden combat drones and a golden spaceship, but they didn't know who they belonged to.

Marty - Well, we didn't see the pilot. Probably one of those two, only we don't know where they kidnapped Alex.

Vitaly - We can't risk it without knowing who did it and where lion was take. John. Did Vendetta tell you anything else?

Soon Tracer and Maya approached as well.

Maya - I will help too.

Tracer - Same as me. Alex is my friend too.

Soon, Sombra approached, intending to go on a rescue mission as well.
