**Part 14** -One Direction Fanfic -"You Make My Heart Race"

Interviewer:"who are some of your favorite singers or inspirations?"

Nat:"Ed sheeran is probably my biggest inspiration he has got me through so much but i love Passenger, Lewis Watson and Bruno Mars they're absolutely amazing!"

I cant help but think back to last night. I just wanted to be left alone. As much as i wanted to tell Niall about everything thats been going on I can't, i can barely look at him without being interupted. I know I'm probably exhaderating but its like he doesnt even care anymore. GAh who am I kidding he probably doesnt. Natalie stop lying to yourself, he doesnt! He moved on!

NIALLS PROV

"so Niall, you and Demi, tells us about that!"

Me and Demi... Me and Demi.... Uhhh ... I hate this question, i mean we were always taught to tell the truth and theres no "truth" in this "relationship" its all fake. I dont mind lying to the press but its when you lie to people you care about that really gets you... Like the band and Nat... Mostly Nat, i dont know I just always get this regretful feeling inside me when interviewers bring up Demi infront of her. I dont want her to hear it because I dont want to lie to her. It makes me feel guilty. The interviewer just continued with questions: "we heard you bought her something very very special recently" i peeked up at Nat as she snapped up her head in curiousity of what "a promise RING!"

"aww thats really cute" the other interviewer added. The boys looked at me kinda strange like they didnt know what to think.

Niall:"Hah!.. Yeh." i half smiled back. The interview went on being really awkward. The guys were being supportive and happy for me but it all felt like they were acting.

"promise ring?"

"yeah you never told us about that?"

"mate you've been dating her for like.. What 2 weeks?"

"Did you even tell Nat about this?"

The guys kept questioning me after the interview about the whole ring thing and shit.

"it was management wasnt it!"

Liam exclaimed.

"2months its been about 2months... And no its real! Why do you guys always have to question me whenever i have feelings for someone?"

I finally said in a serious tone. It was quiet then i heard a small whisper from Louis "we never questioned You and Natalie..."

I gave him a face but all the guy laughed and agreed with him.

Louis:"whatever mate I'm just saying"

Liam Zayn and Louis walked off to get water. I felt a hand on my shoulder "Listen whether or not your relationship is real i think its right that you tell Natalie" harry said

"IT IS REAL!" i said in fustration.... Its not...

"but still mate, you've been ignoring her a lot and you guys are pretty close... Just keep that in mind." he walked away. I really couldn't fight against what Harry said, its true I really havent been a good enough friend...

Where's Nat?

HARRYS PROV

I'm happy I spoke to Niall about the whole Nat thing. Even though it was like 2 sentences. I've been talking to Mel about it too, we both made a conclusion that Niall and Natalie like each other, and by like we mean way more than what they call a 'Best Friend'. I walked over to Melanie who was waiting for me to walk to lunch.
