We arrive at the parking lot for the art show building and I let go of his hand. "This way." I say walking through a door. As soon as you step foot into the building, it is chaos. My mother is barking orders at the men and women moving stands and boxes.

I walk up to her and say "Hey mom." she turned around and let out a loud sigh. "Lenka finally." her eyes shift over to Yuya who is standing behind me. "Who is your friend?" she asks with a large grin on her face.

"I'm Len's boyfriend Yuya." he says extending a hand. My eyes get large and my heart is racing. He just said that he was my boyfriend! "Nice to meet you Yuya, I'm Len's mom Kimi." My mom looked at a check board in her arms and said "Everything is covered, but tell Jon Kim to get me a coffee." I nod and go find the kitchen with Yuya trailing behind me.

"Who is Jon Kim? A chef or something?" he asks looking around the kitchen. "Jon Kim is my mom's favorite chef. He comes from South Korea and he cooks Asian, American, and European food. My mom likes him because he pleases the people who come see the art." I explain. "Jon Kim!" I yell and a middle aged man with jet black hair came out. "Lenka how are you?" he asks putting a bowl of batter down. "Fine,my mother would like to have a coffee." Jon walks over to a coffee machine and fiddles around with it.

"Here you go, tell her it is made with love and sweat from her favorite Jon Kim." he tells me with a thick accent. "Will do." I say leaving with the coffee and Yuya. "He seems nice." Yuya told me. "Ya he is,when my mom is involved with art, she is hard to please."

I find my mom on the phone when I give her the coffee. She mouths "You are a life saver." I walk over to a black leather couch and sat down. "Your mom works here all the time?" Yuya asks sitting next to me. "Not all the time,the buildings change,but she is always like this. She loves art and wants other people to enjoy it."I explain.

Yuya takes my hand in his and we lock our fingers together. "Y'know I like you a lot Len." he says caressing my hand with his thumb. I look at Yuya's profile and I realize he has earrings. "Yuya you have your ears pierced." I say excitingly.

He smiles "Ya,i have six in my left ear and four in my right." Yuya showed me in his left ear he has a black industrial,black circular standard lobe, a helix, a snug, an orbital, and a forward helix. In his right ear he has an orbital,standard lobe, an industrial, and a helix. I never knew he had all those earrings in his ears.

"That is so cool!" I say excitingly. My mom appears "You guys want to eat Chinese food at the house?" she asks. "Yes!" I say excitingly and Yuya lets out a small laugh. "Sure."

"I love Chinese food!" I say getting up. "I'll race you two home." my mom giggles as she is running in heals to her car.

Yuya backs out rather quickly and we drive to my house. I know all the short cuts, but my mom beat us home. When I got out of Yuya's car, he took my hand.

"You two are so slow!" she says walking inside with the food. We walk in and sit at the table.

"Tell me something about yourself Yuya." my mom says passing out the food. "What do you want to know?" he asks eating. "Lets stick to the basics, your family." my mom said acting like a business lady.

"My mom runs a hotel called Spades Hotel and Casino and I have a sister named Yin. And my dad is married with another daughter named Cassie." Yuya states but became cold when talking about his father. He must not like him.

"That is interesting. I'm sure Len hasn't told you,but she is anorexic. She has a brother named Banri who is in college. Banri and Lenka have never been clo-" she was explaining when I raised my voice "Enough. He doesn't need to know my life story mother."

There was a little bit of silence until Yuya said" I knew she was anorexic but I didn't know about her family."

"You are such a great kid y'know." my mom said putting her food in the garbage can. "I'm glad you care about Lenka even though she has flaws, just make sure she eats." my mom says walking over to her office.

"Hey are you okay?" Yuya asks as I dump my food in the container. "Fine." I mumble. Yuya grabs my arm and hugs me. "Y-Yuya...." I say wrapping my arms around him. "

My heart is beating as I smell him. "Don't be upset that your mom told me about your life." he said looking down at me. "She didn't have to tell you....I love Banri but he annoys me so much so we don't really talk." I told him.

I put the food in the fridge and Yuya grabs his black fur vest and walks to the door. I opened the door and Yuya's large hand is around my neck and he leans in and kisses my forehead.His warm lips touch my forehead and my heart is pounding. His lips drift apart from my face and he looks down at me opening his eyes. "I think I just felt your heart beat." he says sarcastically.

"Yuya!" I yell as he gets in his car. I was kissed by my boyfriend. Its something so simple but it means a lot to me, and I think he knows it.
