Todoroki stayed silent as he entered the kitchen. Of course, Bakugou noticed him getting water as well but he didn't say anything.

In the end, both of them ended up in the kitchen (Todoroki leaning on the counter and Bakugou sitting on top of it) drinking water. Very quietly.

"Do you guys only use bottled water?", asked Bakugou.

"Yes...your family does not?", Todoroki responded.

"No."

More silence.

"THE MORE I THINK AND SIT HERE, THIS IS REALLY FUCKING AWKWARD AND I HATE IT."

"Most definitely"

"HAVE YOU...YOU KNOW? Do you have any alcohol here?", Bakugou asked.

"You want to drink?"

"IT'LL MAKE ME FEEL NOT SO HATEFUL ABOUT THIS SITUATION."

"Perhaps it's a good idea."

So, Todoroki went and looked around. He could only find bottles of red wine.

"I only have red wine and whiskey, is that fine?"

"Yeah, that's fine. Sake or even a beer would have been fine, really."

So, they drank. In silence, of course. That is, until they ended up finishing the whole bottle of red wine.

"Oh...we've finished it.", Todoroki started.

"IT'S...finished?"

"We have another bottle and whiskey. Are you sure about this?"

"WHATEVER! JUST GET IT. It's not like anyone is going to come stop us."

Bakugou started speaking soon after they got done with half of the second bottle.

"UGH, THIS IS SO FUCKING ANNOYING."

"What is?"

"THE PROJECT, THIS ASSIGNMENT, THIS HOUSE, THIS WINE, YOU! EVERYTHING FOR GODS SAKE."

"You're so fucking real for that.", Todoroki responded.

Bakugou stated at him in silence, then questioned...

"Did you just say fuck?"

"I did...and?"

"Damn half and half, that's the first time I've heard you curse."

"Well, I'm drunk right now so."

"Fair."

Silence but this time, it wasn't so awkward. Rather, something else was building up.

Then, the power goes out.
