(Ben POV)
Darius have been talking a lot lately. Kenji seemed slightly jealous but he was more focused on pranking them before they prank him. Darius had always been my bestfriend and now I feel practically replaced by Brooklyn.  I sat on the couch solemnly, staring at the two every so often.

"Hey, Ben, whats got you so gloomy?" Yaz and Sammy approached me. Sammy looked a little upset and Yaz gave me a worried look.

Should I tell her? Panic grew inside of me and I decided to just say it, "Im in love with Darius..." The words hurt to say.

Yaz and Sammy looked at each other briefly before getting excited. They reassured me and stuff but usually only Darius... The boat shook and there was a loud bang. Everyone looked startled. I was the first to check it out.

My heart sank as I gazed upon a giant hole in the boat. Luckily, it was just above the water. But when the tide rizes, or a swell? I didnt even notice everyone gathering behind me.

"we have to patch that up" darius said in his leader voice. He switches up so fast.

It was growing dark but we had to get that fixed. The dock we were stopped at luckily was infested with supplies. Maybe some of it could help?

(Kenji POV)
I stared angrily and nervously at the hole. Who- no, WHAT did this? Darius pointed out the obvious but it was still something. The fog poured in and the sun began to set.

I again remembered that Darius and Brooklyn were going to try and knock my socks off. I wasnt gonna let that happen, no way!

We scattered about into the fog to search the docks. I heard a roar and just assumed Darius got Ben to get bumpy to that. It may be elaborate but thats D for ya.

(Darius POV)
I walked aimlessly through the fog, hoping to come across something useful. I nearly fell face first but someone caught me. I looked down to see duck tape and glanced up to see Yaz holding me up. Just in time.

"we could use that," I stated, pointing at the tape. She nodded and we walked together.  The fog grew thicker and we could barely see our own feet.

A roar echoed throughout the maze of metal storage compartments. I heard light footsteps walking at me followed my heavy ones. It was getting louder. Instinctively I ducked around the corner just to see Sammy and Bumpy walking past. Before I could call out to them they were gone in the fog.

(Ben POV)
We hadnt gotten a wink of sleep that night. Darius seems nervous and everyone else is pretty jumpy. Darius had patched the hole temporarily with duct tape. Kenji suggested we go to his penthouse to get gas. Everyone agreed and the boat shut down just as we anchored at the dock.

A/N
Hopefully you guys know what happens here, along with Blue and the compass. Im skipping those parts (including brooklyn and sammy's investigation) just to make this story shorter and more enjoyable. So, timeskip to "kenji is in charge"
